We were with a group of 13 and enjoyed the accommodation immensely. In the house there was enough to keep us busy, I am thinking of the great sauna and swimming pond but also the extensive range of board games, toys, chess board and poker set. It is a very charming house that is modern where it should be. The area was beautiful and even more beautiful than in the picture. You can take a very nice walk directly from the garden and you are really in nature. This is definitely recommended!

We stayed with 2 families for an extended weekend in Kathi's house. The house and the spacious garden invite you to relax. Everything was clean and well maintained and Kathi was quick to respond to all questions and was very helpful.

Nice accommodation, for a weekend. With the airfield next door, definitely a cool experience. The view from the houses could have been a little nicer for the area. You have to get your water for the accommodation in a canister, but that's not so bad. The sanitary facilities were ok, but can be improved. Very nice staff.

We had very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small town invites you to small and large hikes. If you get into the car, you can reach the famous sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the Schwarze Moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. Shopping and eating out in Hilders included

Really beautiful surroundings and a special trip for our family. The endless views you look out from the pool are breathtaking. The location is great and the cottage is beautiful and lacks nothing. Erfurt is a beautiful city with a lot of old architecture. We shopped very nicely and had a nice meal in Erfurt city center. Manuela is a very sweet woman who has welcomed us nicely and responded to our messages within moments. We are very happy that she was allowed to use her Paradise.

A dream of a house! Everything went great! After all the years we traveled with AirBnb, this was truly the best equipped and prettiest house we've ever stayed in. All previous reviews didn't exaggerate! You can really use everything and feel at home from the first minute. The check-in was extremely uncomplicated, as was the checkout. Don't forget to visit the landlord's shop - it's just super chic!!!! The only drawback is that there is actually no bakery or supermarket or the like within walking distance in Mittelaschenbach itself. Bicycle or car are mandatory for errands... but the house can't do anything about it. All in all, we had a fantastic stay despite the construction site on the neighboring grounds (the landlords can't do anything for that) and quite clairaudient walls! Thank you again for the relaxed adjustments regarding people, 😊 we will be happy to come back!

The stay at Katharina's was great. Dad's vacation home is right on the bike path and quietly located. It is very cozy and well equipped, we felt very comfortable. Katharina is a great hostess, easy to reach, straightforward and friendly. Thank you for the lovely stay with you!

Sandar and Hans are very nice - we had no problems at arrival and departure, everything went smoothly. The house is in a well-maintained condition and very clean. The kitchen was great! The communication was top notch. The house has a quiet and private location - beautiful view of the village. The surroundings are very nice and great for short hiking tours. The garden invites you to relax and barbecue. Shopping and restaurants in Großbreitenbach are about 8 minutes away by car. All in all, it was a very pleasant and quiet stay. We will be back!

We were able to enjoy a few days with our dog in the great apartment, no, the whole house, that Christiane offered. What a hugely nice, authentic and cozy house! Inside original ceiling height in some rooms, which makes the building very original, all rooms well arranged and cozy. Everywhere (including in the bedrooms) a cozy wood stove, which we fired once in the kitchen and in the living room because of the moderate outside temperature - immediately nice and warm, also because the rooms are not too large; wonderful! Fine beds, good bathroom(s!), beautiful bedrooms and almost everywhere a beautiful view over the slopes towards Fulda. The (very quiet) village offered very nice hiking opportunities, for a message, beer or restaurant you have to be a little further - but if you like peace (and we do) you are fine in this nice house. Finally: a great fun garden, with fence, so that the dog stays within reach. We thank Christiane and Markus!

If you want to switch off from city life, it's just the thing. Cozy, clean and well-equipped cottage in the middle of nature. Morning coffee on the terrace to forest sounds is already the perfect start. Those who like to roam through the woods can start some hiking trails directly from there. And on cooler evenings, the fireplace is excellent. And the best part…my big furry friend was warmly welcome there and felt just as comfortable. I haven't been there for the last time :) Thanks!

The house is cozy, offers plenty of space and everything you need is available. On the first evening, the oven warmed us with a wood fire. The oversized blankets in the bed were also pleasant. We felt completely comfortable.

I can highly recommend Marius accommodation. Marius was very helpful and helped me a lot during my stay. The apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable.

The accommodation is an absolute dream. There were 9 of us and we all liked it very much, no complaints, there is a lot of space, you can sleep very comfortably, the bathrooms are new and modern, there are TVs in every bedroom. The winter garden invites you to cozy evenings and the garden downstairs with terrace is also very nice. All in all, the accommodation is worth every penny!Thank you very much.

We had a great time in this beautiful and lovingly furnished half-timbered house. You feel right at home. The location in the middle of the old town is great, and with a suspension bridge, forest ball track and playgrounds, great activities with children are possible. Annouck and Benji were very nice and very accessible. We will be happy to come back.

Our stay at Chalet Birkenzauber was magical 🫶 The entire accommodation for us was super cozy, well equipped (unlimited 5G Wi-Fi, 4kSmartTv, coffee maker with all kinds of pad hangers etc...) and offers a magnificent view and because we were there over New Year's Eve we had a fantastic fireworks spectacle! The area had many highlights to offer. The museums, picturesque hiking trails and the snow park towards Oberhof with its versatile winter activities such as skiing, biathlon shooting and a fantastic view. Everything necessary like supermarkets with bakery was right nearby We didn't lack anything. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking for recreation and or experiences. Thank you Mandy again for this wonderful break we were able to experience and the little touches that made it even more special! ❤️

Every year, a very relaxing vacation in a quiet atmosphere with a location right on the edge of the forest and lots of greenery! We're so excited for next time.

Neat, beautiful vacation home, it was very quiet in nature and you could see many animals in the area, whether rabbits, horses, deer or cats. The only thing that is a bit annoying is that the electricity price is not included in the AirBNB price and that there is no WiFi. Our stay with the evenings by the fireplace was still very nice.

We spent relaxing days in this super beautiful cottage and the idyllic natural garden. The cottage is lovingly renovated, yet it has been able to retain its old charm in many places. There is a lovely welcome package, which the children and our dog were very happy about. The area is super beautiful and interesting. There is a great nature reserve nearby and it is not far to Eisenach. It's just a few kilometers to the nearest village for shopping. You can also have a great vacation in this house and in the surroundings with a rather nervous animal protection dog. There is plenty of space and tranquility for everyone. The people in the village are also very nice and understanding. You can start hiking directly from the house. There is a good information folder. Our children loved the warm down duvets and extra blankets, as the weather was cool on Pentecost. We highly recommend the Kaufmann family and their cottage! 😃

We had a great time with a dog in Manuel's place for two. There was even a welcome treat and the fenced garden was great for a relaxing stay. The district is very small, but we were on the road every day anyway. The area is great for hiking or model flying, which is why we were there. The house is equipped with everything you need, we didn't miss anything. The built-in oven impressed us very much and makes cool evenings super cozy. Communication with Manuel was straightforward, although no in-person contact was made, which we a little regretted, but that's a matter of taste. Nevertheless, it was a very friendly and pleasant contact. Will be happy to come back if we go back to the Rhön. A really nice spot in Germany :-)

The old half-timbered house is modernly renovated and furnished inside. Just like the pictures. Beautiful sauna. Everything nice and clean, very comfortable beds. We liked the possibility of having a large table for all 10 people in both the dining room and the outdoor area. Really great!!! And the nice "little things" almost "big things" that are available at the reception should not be, but that makes you feel warmly welcome. I can fully recommend the house.
