great location. Rolande welcomed us warmly. I chose this rental with the guarantee of a great host. However, I was disappointed because a rejuvenation seems necessary for the furniture (shower door, furniture at the end of their life). The cleaning is superficial and neglected in some places. For the health and safety of guests, remember to have the 100% clogged air conditioning filter and the VMC vents cleaned. Remember to change the gas pipe that has been expired since 2011. Impossible to use the vacuum cleaner that was full of dust and had a foul smell. Be careful with the sheets and towels that smell like mold. A replacement of the toilet seat is urgent. These comments are not made for malicious purposes, but to help you improve. Otherwise I recommend this apartment which is super well located in a beautiful area.

We had a lovely stay. Host was always prompt responding to any queries and so generous. She booked local vets for us as we don’t speak French and accepted dog food delivery in advance. She also left lovely tourist magazines to help us plan our time and demonstrated various appliances upon arrival. House was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. The garden was secure & fully enclosed by fencing with grassy orchard and part deck, part gravel courtyard affording outside seating and long picnic bench for al fresco dining. Beaches with walking /cycling distance. Kite surfing, surfing and body boarding at nearby Sable Blanc. Best for market Pont L’Abbe, best supermarket & petrol st Super U at Plobannalec-Lesconil. Loctudy lovely to walk around and buy fresh fish and pastries. Beautiful old towns of Quimper & Locronan only 40 drive away. Beautiful coastal drives with lots of villages to stop at. Sunshine all week for our October stay. Hosts were kind & friendly

Wonderful house, great facilities, and friendly hostess.

We had a great stay, the consier service was quick, friendly and always very helpful. The house is in a great quiet location in wonderful nature and has a gigantic garden for grilling, sunbathing or romping around for young and old. The house is very well equipped, the pellet stove in the living room super cozy and wonderfully warm (user manual!). As noted in other reviews, the sloping roof on the upper floor is clear, did not bother us, but you have to take care of your head.

A nice house with a swimming pool. Everything has been thought of in the house. Personal reception with explanations. Very friendly people. Nice beaches nearby and various small towns within an hour's drive. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, etc. within driving distance by car. For dog owners, the grounds are partially fenced. A part is not fenced, small meadow with plants. The swimming pool is cleaned twice a week, etc. We had 2 great weeks.

We had a great time at Annaig's who greeted us when we arrived. Even though the weather was rather cloudy the first few days, the brightness of the apartment with its terrace was super nice. The apartment is well-equipped, quiet, it met our expectations, comfortable bedding, large sofa, etc. (parking space). We were able to do the planned hikes and tours from this place. Treustel beach, which we love, was just around the corner. We fell in love with Patrick's pancakes, which he serves on site in his Food Truck (La maison du blé noir). For shopping, Combrit offers its Super U, a real local meeting place, otherwise Biocoop is not far away and local markets welcome you according to the days. Located between Pont l'Abbé and St Marine / Benodet, Ile Tudy is a delight. We'll be back at Annaig's.

Nice mobile home, large enough and well-equipped in a quiet campsite in a nice area. It may be specified in the listing description that access to the swimming pool and campsite facilities is at an additional cost.

This is a fantastic house! Private, quiet, well equipped and with comfortable beds. The yard is beautiful and the heated pool is a delight. There are lots of things to do. We all had a great week there.

The appartment is very clean and nicely renovated. The location is about 8-10 minutes walking distance from the old town, restaurants and shopping. The only thing we did not like was that it is situated on a pretty busy street. You could hear the traffic in the morning, if you slept with the windows open. Very good and easy communication with the host.

We only had one night at Michel’s apartment- we were travelling through Brittany on electric bikes. Michel had answered questions about bike storage before we booked and when we arrived he was very friendly, extremely helpful and welcoming and made every effort to make our stay easy and comfortable. The apartment was spotless, the bathroom immaculate and the kitchen clean and very well equipped. We were able to store and charge our bikes in a very secure garage. We would highly recommend this apartment with its close proximity to the centre and sites of Concarneu especially to anyone travelling with cycles Thank you.

We had a great time at Alain's place. He gave very good tips for restaurants and activities to do around without taking the car, you can do everything on foot. The apartment is as described and conveniently located close to the walled city. Beautiful, well-equipped, well-arranged, impeccably clean. The garden is a plus, we had a wonderful time for the barbecue 😄☀️ We were two couples of friends. I would highly recommend it

a stone's throw from the coast and a 10-minute walk from the walled city of Concarneau, Magalie's studio is perfect in every way, nice decor, well-equipped, new in perfect condition, very clean, large enough for a couple, quiet with quality bedding and Magalie who responds quickly to messages... in a word... perfect.

We had a great time in this house where everything is planned to make you feel good! All rooms are tastefully decorated, special price for the kitchen which is great and perfectly equipped. The garden is very beautiful, you can enjoy the calm and proximity to the lagoon or coastal trails. We also enjoyed being able to use the canoes. Christian is a very nice and welcoming host, thank you so much for everything! We would recommend this house without hesitation!!

Robert and Catherine's place is really amazing! It is nice, well-equipped and located on a large green plot. The welcome is extraordinary and we had a hard time leaving and leaving our hosts! Thanks to them for this beautiful time! Claude and Catherine
