The monumental staircase and facade are classified as historical monuments. It immediately overlooks Place des Lices and allows you to enjoy the market on Saturday mornings, bars and restaurants that surround it. It is a 5-minute walk to the square and the Sainte-Anne metro station, and 10 minutes to the parliament.

Welcome to our quaint countryside barnhouse! Completely restored and refurbished in 2022, the barn is the perfect place to recharge your batteries in beautiful Brittany. The barn is well positioned for exploring this wonderful area, too. The old pirate town of Saint-Malo, impressive Mont St Michel and the beautiful city of Rennes are on our doorstep. The property is surrounded by fields, and is separated from the main farmhouse by even more greenery.

Renovated in 2019 while maintaining the hedonistic identity of the place, the space is articulated around a room of 140 m2 where you can swim, lunch, relax or listen to music, and a large living room of 40 m2 with billiards, tv of 2 m diagonal, virtual helmet, video library, library.

Apartment La Meziere, 10 minutes from Rennes towards St Malo

Three-room accommodation, next to our house, can accommodate 4 people (possibility to add an extra bed in the room if needed for a fifth person) 10 min north of Rennes (10 km) and 45 min from Saint-Malo and Mont Saint-Michel. We are located near Cap Malo (cinema, bowling, shops, golf, restaurants ...), and 200 m from a bakery, and a farm relay. Ideal also for someone coming to work in Rennes and wanting to avoid downtown Rennes

L'entrée du logement est indépendante. Depuis août 2024, vous pouvez profiter d’un espace terrasse et son petit salon extérieur qui sont privatifs au studio.
