Beachfront vacation rentals in Melbourne City

We had a lovely stay at Donna's space. It was clean, cozy and comfortable and we felt right at home. Everything that we could have needed for our stay was there, and the proximity to the beach was wonderful. Donna was great at providing us with clear information about check-in and check-out as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Quaint little home in a great location, close to good cafes, restaurants, the beach and a comfortable walk to Albert Park. Andrew was very responsive and easy to communicate with at every stage. We all enjoyed our stay, thank you :)

Olivia’s apartment was exactly as described. Beautifully appointed, cosy apartment in Elwood. Directly opposite the beach and a short walk to public transport, shops and cafes. The apartment was light filled and with considerable space for two people. The bed was very comfortable, and the soundproofing on the windows made for a very quiet room. We stayed for a short weekend, so didn’t make use of the kitchen - but it had a coffee machine, toaster, oven etc and all the things you might need. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

Amazing location - walking distance to the beach, parks and shops of Elwood. The apartment itself is light and quiet with all required amenities and plenty of space. We would definitely stay again!

Felt like a home away from home! A peaceful and warm home in a wonderful location - easy walk to parks, sth Melb markets and the beach and just a quick tram ride to the city. Emma’s small touches - organic chocolate and the amenities she supplied for my dog were just so lovely! A perfect base while visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend.

I have stayed at Thackeray many times. it's the perfect location on the beach.. great bike rides... easy to park... close to everything and Alyce is continually upgrading equipment in her home so everything works! highly recommended. a unique place with beautiful character.

This was our second stay at Natalie‘s. We love Saint Kilda but we love it because we have such a nice place to stay. The apartments are in an old hotel called the Arizona. It has so much character along with all the amenities.

Great and cominicative host! Everything fits with description + best printed guide what can be visit in neigborhood. All stars deserved!

Wonderful location to stay in! We had a car and the private parking space in the gated area was perfect. We also took public transportation and the tram was a short walk. We did so much on our week long stay, and after a full day of activities it was great to come back to our place. The bathrooms were great, instant hot water with no wait! The beach is just a block or two away, and we gathered a lot of shells to collect, there were millions on the shore! We had a full week including a few day trips. South Melbourne Market and Prahran market were wonderful markets. We drove out to Yarra Valley and did a U Pick fruit tour, we did a small walk at Rainforest Gallery, we did a Funky Farm tour(so cool!), and we even saw the Penguin Parade which is a must do! Some details, what worked best for us was parking the car and then using the key card to go through the passenger gate to get in/out of the front door. There is also a small remote to unlock open/close the car gate. Thanks Gemma!!

Great communication from start to finish. Simon was very welcoming and helpful. The apartment was just like the photos and so well equipped with generous offerings; beds were super comfy and the pool was a standout! Thanks for such a comfortable stay and hope to return again one day!

A stone throw from the beach, coffee shops, street and train station. Nice spot to relax and unwind. Janelle was helpful very kind. I’ll be staying here again.

It was a great location - we were going to the Grand Prix and it was within walking distance. The beach was nearby and there were a number of options for eating out. Hannah was a great host and it was easy to stay there.

Lovely place to stay! We were return visitors and it won’t be the last time we book! The location is fabulous and the apartment is comfortable and the view amazing!

being was fantasic. great location right out the frint door accross the road was a great coffee Cafe. so good. place was great. good parking for 1 car. would 10p% stay there again. tram line was like 5 minute walk away. so handy. great place lidia was always 100% responsive on questions. place was fantasic. like hone... well it was a beautiful home. Kate’s apartment has everything you’d need for a long weekend/ a stay for a few days. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is space to relax in the lounge and the location is perfect for walks to the beach or the local shops. Highly recommend the unit and coordinating the stay with Kate was very easy and straightforward. Thank you, Kate, for a brilliant stay!

The apartment is stunning - the location is beautiful and it has everything you could need. Lilah is always responsive and helpful. We can’t wait to come back again!

We found our unit to be exactly as described and looked the same as the pictures. Our hosts were very responsive with contact. The beds were very comfortable and didn't require any extra blankets. The only downsides was parking was difficult to find, but there was a parking permit provided. Personally, I would be putting a water saving shower head on as the hot water emptied a bit too quick, but didn't take too long to reheat for the next shower. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great unit, close to all the attractions at St Kilda and how wonderful not to have to drive to Luna Park.

St. Kilda is a very special area. Melbourne is also amazing. Melbourne is like all of the best elements of Seattle without the worst elements. The rental is lovely and has an amazing view. Just a few hundred yards from a spot where you can see penguins in their natural habitat. We had great food in Melbourne as well. Definitely recommend this rental.
