The place is as shown in the photos, the owner is also friendly, there are 2 TVs that are connected to wifi so it's safe to entertain the kids, it's also child-friendly, in addition to that the AC in every room also works well

The house is big, clean, safe and very comfortable, easy self check in and check out, our family feels like we are at home. Everything works fine, it's just that the AC in the front bedroom doesn't work so I have to move the fan in to the room to make it more comfortable, the rest is all OK. Pak Anton and Pak Rofi (the housekeeper) are very communicative and quick to help. The location also very good and close to the city center. Next to the house there is a small shop which is quite complete to find basic daily needs. We highly recommend the AW Simply Homestay and sure will be happy to come back and stay again when we Travelling to Jogya. Once again thank you and best wishes for you.

The location was perfect, 5 mnts walk to ayom. Near from pasar kranggan and malioboro. They have stock plenty water for drink. the home was cozy and clean, Highly recommended.
