Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

This was our second stay at this wonderful home, and it was just as great as the first. Spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The yard with fruit trees and a lawn is lovely, and the hot tub under the stars is the highlight. Tastefully decorated with comfy furniture and plenty of closet space. The location is super convenient — just 8 minutes to downtown Ojai and about 20 to Ventura — and the peaceful, quiet neighborhood makes it even better. Highly recommend! Host Sharon is very responsive and helpful!

This was our second stay at this beautiful house! It is perfect for our family with two young daughters. The house is clean, comfortable, and has a well stocked kitchen. It’s in a great location to explore Montecito , Santa Barbara, or Carpinteria. We will definitely stay here again soon!

A beautiful house in lovely surroundings. It was a great meeting place for our family who were attending my father-in-law's memorial service. Lots of space . It was nice having so many condiments for our cooking. And we used an air fryer for the first time. It was cold outside so the extra blankets came in handy. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the lovely pool and hot tub! All of the guests said they want to come back again! Erin was extremely responsive to any of our questions.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. The backyard was really well designed as there were many comfy gathering places which includes hammocks, campfires, and marshmallow pits. The house was overall well equipped and extremely clean.

Amazing spot!! The outside space was perfect. A new plaza has opened across the street and brought the most lovely energy to the street. Such a walkable area. Amber and her team truly thought of everything when putting this Airbnb together. We felt very taken care of and loved this charming spot!

This is a hidden gem for the Ojai area, there is plenty of space to relax, with several outdoor sitting areas. The pool was an added plus. It is a quick 10 minute drive into downtown Ojai. Our host Joel was fantastic and provided great local recommendations.

We loved Chelsey's place. Everything was fine. The driveway is very steep and it was impossible to park our car without scraping even with the suspension raised to max. We will come back for sure. Rick & Jackie

Comfortable and homey stay at Ian’s in a beautiful and quite neighborhood steps from downtown Santa Barbara. The location was amazing! The home was just as described and for a great price!

We met Terry and he was very personable, helpful and cared about making sure that you have everything you need. The property has many animals and offered to give us a tour when he was feeding them. The place is spacious. The only thing that I would say is that if the description says a 2bd, it is actually 1 bedroom that has a door and the "bunkbed room" is open with no door. Didn't really make a huge difference to us. We enjoyed our 1 night. It is about 15 minutes off the 5 freeway.

Nice to have parking, great location with multiple food options close by. Super cute unit.

Wow, what an incredible two days! This unit truly exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed and so much more. The beauty of the canyon left me in awe, and there was something magical about savoring breakfast while soaking in that breathtaking morning view. I felt completely at peace, especially since I didn’t come across anyone else during my stay—such a perfect sense of privacy! I can’t express how much I’d love to return and relive this wonderful experience. Thank you Mona and Daniel for everything!

Spacious, clean lodgings on the first floor of an older home with very quiet renters upstairs. It worked great for our two-week stay in Ventura.

Staying here truly made us feel like part of the Ohana. My family and I chose this wonderful house for my Pepperdine MBA graduation weekend, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We were the first guests after the devastating fires, and Jimmy, along with the neighbors, ensured we were well taken care of. Jimmy has done an incredible job renovating the rental to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Although the area is still recovering, and getting in and out was challenging, Jimmy ensured we didn't face any issues. We spent the entire weekend on the deck, mesmerized by the ocean views and delighted by the sight of dolphins and sea lions. Unfortunately, we couldn't get to the private beach due to the occasional rusty debris washing ashore, which I didn't want my child to play with. We eagerly look forward another stay once Duke's restaurant has reopened. Mahalo to Jimmy and the wonderful neighbors for making our stay unforgettable!

Perfect spot for a getaway. Close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Rooftop is the perfect wake up or wind down. Feels like a whole other location.

The house is located on the top of the hill and has great views. Location is super quiet and peaceful. Big house with a nice patio, backyard was very spacious and a perfect place to relax and chill. Tomer was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely stay again

Gal made our stay in California feel so comfortable & right at home! She allowed us to have a dinner with a few friends right after my son’s graduation. She definitely welcomed us with some treats, tea & coffee. We truly enjoyed our stay in her beautiful place!

Vanessa’s Malibu Vista home was perfect for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. Vanessa went above and beyond to provide us with tables to use outside and help us to accommodate parking for our guests. We also had a barbecue to use.. There were 10 of us staying at her place and it worked perfectly with the two bathrooms on the main level and one bathroom upstairs. Although it was foggy most of the time we were there we got brief glimpses of the amazing ocean view. There were also outdoor places to keep warm by the fire heated table.

All i can say is WOW! If you stay here, be prepared for this experience to spoil all other AirBnBs for you, because they will not be able to compare to how fantastic this is! Cynthia is a true professional, from above-and-beyond hospitality to an exquisite property down to the details - she needs a tv show! AirBNB is very lucky to even have someone this dedicated on this app. This properly is absolutely stunning- like something you would see in a magazine. My husband and I booked this on a trip for our first anniversary- and Cynthia went over the top, making us feel special for the weekend. We had massages on the property outside beside the tennis court (incredible), played private tennis, and even had smores by the firepit under the stars. We would come back just to stay here again! An absolute 10/10

This was our second year staying in this place. We absolutely love it. The views and sunsets cannot be beat. The home is private clean safe lots of space and great activities. My kids love playing pool great for family barbecue. Rooftop views of the ocean make it worth every penny!

We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Wonderful location, wonderful property, beautiful home! There's a great view if you walk out all the way thru the back yard and my friends loved sitting in that spot at night. The listing did say it included oil for cooking (it didn't) so we had to doordash some for our planned meals. And same with bodywash that was missing. Otherwse, perfectly described.
