We enjoyed the beautiful space inside and out. We especially enjoyed the views from the terrace and the helpful staff.

The place is easy to locate and quick to check in. The view is amazing and exactly as described/ shown in the photos. The biggest plus point were caretaker. Very responsive, very helpful and always available. Whatever help you might need, they will do everything to fulfill it.

Location accessibility is a concern. The property is very well maintained . Very asthetic interiors and beautiful garden. Also the view point located in property is amazing with tea plantation valley views. If only kitchen was also usable it would have been a cherry on top. Would definitely recommend 10/10 if you want a peaceful soothing stay near to nature.

Unforgettable experience! No words to describe the hospitality! The stay exceeded all our expectations. The host family is THE best. If you are a nature lover and enjoys human relationships, look no where! The 10 acres farm has good walking trail, small fish pond, coconut tree climbing gear, couple of swings, fresh fruits, hens, rabbits, all varieties of spice plantations, lots of birds, many kinds of trees. The host was super kind to offer everything available on the farm. Food cooked by Seeniya was so delicious! I am not writing about the exact experiences to save the surprise element! I fell little sick one afternoon and I can never forget the way Mr. Soji has helped in getting me to the nearest best hospital in his own car, stayed with me for 4 hours at the hospital and got me back home after I got better! Praising God for the opportunity to meet such a wonderful family! If you are planning to buy some spices, they offer at the best price, don't waste your money elsewhere!

This location is a bit remote but totally worth it. A stream runs by the property, a lot of jackfruits around, a small checkdam-waterfall at walking distance and further ahead some beautiful viewpoints. Locals are friendly, a young couple helped us to checkin and an uncle guided us to a viewpoint. Vivin is really kind, he coordinated everything through phone. We were lucky to have booked Sibi's cab from Kochi because they both communicated seamlessly in Malayalam and took us to lesser known sightseeing places. He got things arranged pretty well. Vivin also offered us homegrown fruits and jackfruits, his mom Sophie aunty was super warm and kind to us. This is not a commercial luxurious resort, this is a proper house where you get to experience how locals live, first hand. Different experience, totally worth it. Amazing stay! The space was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. The host was friendly and responsive. Perfect location for exploring the area. Would highly recommend and return!

We stayed at this property with a family of 6 adults and 2 kids, and overall, we had a great experience. The place is secluded, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay — perfect for those looking to get away from the city and unwind in nature. The rooms were exactly as shown in the photos — clean, comfortable, and private. One of the highlights was the private waterfall, which was beautiful to view and added a unique touch to the property. The caretaker was prompt in reaching out to us before we arrived and he was waiting for us when we arrived. The complimentary breakfast was amazing - loved all the south Indian breakfast items that were provided. The only challenge we faced was the parking ramp, which is quite steep and could be tricky for tourists or those unfamiliar with such inclines. We opted to park on the road instead, which worked out just fine for us. All in all, a lovely stay in a scenic location.

The Villa was great & peaceful. Had great view & ambience from the room. It's a bit difficult to get food to the place as it's away from town but that makes it a real hideout. The Manager Mr. Anooj responded fast to our queries and allowed us Check In at midnight. Caretaker Mr. Rahul was really helpful did everything to make our stay comfortable. Thank you all for making our stay memorable. Highly recommended.
