This is a beautiful space which was perfect for a mid-trip luxurious break to catch up on some well needed sleep in a comfortable, cool and peaceful space. We took the opportunity to catch up on laundry, enjoy a cup of tea and sit in front of the telly to put our feet up after a long week of trekking the desert, mountains and souks of Morocco!! I was sad to leave as the night’s sleep we had was one of the best. Would recommend.

Spacious, clean and very well-equipped apartment. We didn't use the kitchen but it's very large and looks well-equipped. Very comfortable bedding. I know it's not done much in Morocco, but a small shower curtain would be a real plus. The apartment is very well located, close to the main roads of Marrakech, Medina within walking distance, carriage rides nearby. Private parking space in the basement of the residence. Small supermarket downstairs from the building, neighborhood with lots of restaurants. The only small downside for me but that won't stop us from coming back: - apartment on the 4th and terrace on the 6th, you have to take the elevator to access it, so you can't go there in just a swimsuit, you have to get dressed since you cross common areas. Philippe and Nissrine are very responsive and offer good advice, thank you both very much!

Very pleasant stay. We found Youssef’s place exactly as described in the listing. We loved that he gave us clear and detailed instructions for check-in. Place was easy to find and located conveniently right next to the old Medina. Also conveniently, there is a grocery store in the same building and lots of places to eat in immediate surroundings. Inside, we enjoyed a well stocked kitchen, furniture felt like new and decor was well done giving the apartment a special modern look and feel. All windows offer a stunning view of the Medina and surrounding mountains. More on the design and comfort: Youssef’s apartment felt like it was renovated and decorated with a good taste and a harmony can be seen/felt through out the whole interior. Thumbs up for that. Youssef was helpful and very responsive as far as communication goes. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Marrakech and would book it again.

We had an amazing time at this Riad. It was well organized, if we ever needed something Rachida was always responsive. Marium our local help was so fantastic and cooked delicious breakfast and dinner whenever we needed. If we ever ran late or needed a later checkout, there was flexibility. I would highly recommend this Riad so close to all of the main attractions of Marrakesh.

We were a family of 5 adults. Loved our stay. Three of us loved the location of the riad in a very popular neighborhood, very exotic, while the other two were disturbed by the noise, pollution, smells. The riad is very quiet. We loved Aïcha's cooking, who is a very beautiful person. We loved the Moroccans: very welcoming, very friendly. We've always felt safe.

The Riad itself is stunning — every corner is thoughtfully designed, blending traditional Moroccan beauty with comfort and serenity. The attention to detail, the peaceful atmosphere, and the breathtaking views made it the perfect retreat. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was the hospitality. Halime greeted us each morning with a warm smile and a breakfast that felt like it was made by a loving mother — fresh, delicious, and full of care. Her kindness set the tone for the day. Jan and El-Hossein were incredibly attentive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. They were gracious, warm, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We left with full hearts, grateful for the generosity and spirit of this place. We can’t recommend it enough — not just the Riad, but the entire area. It’s a gem worth discovering.

Excellent stay at Riad d'Aziz!!! Aziz is a very welcoming host, he had planned the transfer as well as a good meal on arrival in the Riad (arrival at midnight), he is always very attentive and gives good advice! He is very responsive to the slightest of your requests, thank you for everything🙏!! The Riad is large with a bathroom for each bedroom, and everything you need to cook or wash laundry, in a secure residence with swimming pool and everything you need on site (grocery, restaurant, ATM, etc.). The riad is located in the heart of the medina allowing you to do everything on foot. many restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The riad has several spaces to enjoy the pool, a very quiet wooded courtyard and a roof with sunbathing and rooftop views respectively. The riad team was at the top, friendly, helpful, good advice and allowed a stress-free, safe check-in and checkout, which is appreciated as a family. The room equipment was pretty and authentic.

This place was great and we loved it!!! The rooftop was amazing and Aicha was a gracious housekeeper, very accommodating and attentive, and her food was to die for! She made our stay perfect with her caring nature. We were two families of four and it was the perfect place for us to stay.

The place was really nice. Most importantly the service was impeccable. Omar was super helpful and flexible.

Wonderful riad, atmospheric, in the spirit of Morocco. Very nice hostess of the riad, very tasty cooking local dishes. The riad is in the very center of the Medina, the old town, and it is convenient to walk to the main attractions. For a group, a large family is a great option. Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool, it was cool. But it made the view very cool.

An absolute dream – it couldn't get much better! This place was just perfect! Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with cold drinks – a wonderful start to our stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly, attentive and always helpful. From the first minute, we felt at home – we have not had this feeling in any other accommodation. Everything was sparkling clean and smelled wonderfully fresh. The terrace invited you to relax, and you could feel the loving details with which the accommodation was designed everywhere – just to feel good! We highly recommend this place. It was a very special experience that we will not forget!

The stay was extraordinary. The apartment is ideally located, very functional, practical, with a rooftop and an extremely pleasant private pool. The check-in and check-out was very smooth with Marouane. Maria is very available and responds very quickly. The neighborhood is ideal, close to everything and all amenities. The right place to stay

We had a wonderful stay at Soufiane's apartment. The accommodation was beautiful, impeccably clean, very comfortable and generously equipped, with attention to every detail. The welcome from his mother was very warm. A huge thank you to her for the delicious gazelle horns and all the thoughtful touches that deeply touched us. This rental perfectly reflects the generous, caring and respectful spirit of Soufiane and his family. A big thank you to them for this pleasant break, full of kindness and hospitality.
