Riad vacation rentals in Medina

The Riad was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It was a perfect location within the Medina and walking distance to most attractions. Alice has done a great job decorating the place. Abdou and Fatima made our stay seamless, easy and special. They made a great spread every morning for breakfast. Abdou was particularly helpful in making restaurant suggestions…Atay Cafe and L’Mida were both great choices.

Rachid’s place is a beautiful calm oasis in the heart of the Medina. Fantastic interior design touches and lush planting frame a heated plunge pool on the ground floor where you can relax over a cold drink with the sounds of running water and bird song. We ate on the rooftop terrace some evenings - there is a handy kitchenette up there with a sink and fridge and sun loungers. The showers have good pressure and the beds are super comfy. Do not hesitate to book this excellent place. You won’t regret it. Thanks also to host Mohammed for meeting and orientating us when we arrived and arranging transport to the airport when we left. We had an amazing time at this Riad. It was well organized, if we ever needed something Rachida was always responsive. Marium our local help was so fantastic and cooked delicious breakfast and dinner whenever we needed. If we ever ran late or needed a later checkout, there was flexibility. I would highly recommend this Riad so close to all of the main attractions of Marrakesh.

It was our first time in Marrakech, and also in North Africa, so it was nice that Khalid arranged for our airport pick-up, and also met us to show us to and around his place. The Riad is in a quieter part of the Medina, which was nice to escape back to with our son, after exciting days in the main square and souks, but there are local amenities and restaurants locally. The Riad itself is very spacious and authentic feeling, and we especially enjoyed the roof terrace with its amazing views. Khalid was responsive and helpful throughout our time in Marrakech, and we would definitely recommend staying there.

The key to the Medina is a beautiful riad, a short walk from the Medina and Jamaa el Fna square but in an alley sheltered from noise. The property is beautiful, the pool a little gem. The rooms are spacious and have a private bathroom. The cleanliness is impeccable. Excellent breakfast and great availability from the host. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a wonderful time. It's as beautiful as in the photos and you could spend whole evenings relaxing there. There were only four of us and we weren't sure if the whole building was really for us. Ibtissam was super nice and prepared us a delicious breakfast and even got me several Aker Fassi so I don't have to haggle. You fight a few mosquitoes at night because the doors are not completely tight. But from the second night we had no more problems and the mosquitoes are slow. A little tip: there are 2 ways to get to the Riad on Maps. You have to choose the second route, where the Riad Christina is also nearby. (If people want to show you the way, they expect money for it.) Instead of shampoo, we had shower gel in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and just really nice and we would come back!

Regina's Dar is a wonderful place to explore Marrakech. The house is ideally located for this, very close to all major attractions and yet completely quiet. It is only a 10-minute walk to Jamaa El Fna. The Dar itself is very tastefully decorated and contains everything you need for carefree enjoyment. The beautiful pool and roof terrace invite you to enjoy carefree and exude a feeling of luxury. Exactly what you appreciate after a long day in the souks. The entire apartment is sparkling clean and in top condition. Regina and Khadija, who always help with advice, action and information when you need them, ensure this. Although Regina was not on site, she always responded within a very short time. Khadija's breakfast was sensational and always freshly prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Dar. Thank you for your generous hospitality.

We stayed her for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed longer. It was absolutely beautiful. A little oasis of tranquility amongst the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. The staff went over and above to look after us and the breakfast was amazing.

The location of the Riad is really great for accessing the medina and at the same time, it is a peaceful haven. Bahija and Hakima are very attentive and thanks to them the Riad is always perfectly maintained. We fully enjoyed the terrace and the pool which are super nice to relax after a day of sightseeing. We had an absolutely outstanding experience at Riad Liana – from the very first moment, we felt welcomed and well taken care of by Abdel, Rachida and Hannah. Every detail in the riad is thoughtfully designed, and the Moroccan decor creates a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop terrace was a dream – with views over the rooftop and the sound of the prayer call - just magic. The location was also ideal – peaceful yet close to everything. It was just a few minutes' walk to the souks, and we always felt safe walking even at night. Lunch and dinner made my Rachida was the best meals we had, make sure to try her cooking. We wouldn’t hesitate to book Riad Liana again – it was a truly unforgettable experience and one of the absolute highlights of our trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for something extra special in Marrakech!

The riad exceeded our expectations, it was not only very well decorated it was very clean and had everything we needed. Valerie went above and beyond to help us organize transportation and breakfast. The rooftop patio was the perfect place to enjoy the mornings and the pool was great for the hot afternoons. The bedrooms were so comfortable and nice and quiet at night. We absolutely loved our stay and would go back!

We booked Dar Eleven for our clients and they had a fabulous stay! Amal cooked a delicious tagine for their first night and she was there to help them find the riad. Jean Pierre is a great host, very responsive and has been very helpful. We will use this riad again.

Having never been to Marrakech or Morocco before it was great having Caroline as our host. She gave us detailed recommendations on restaurants, things to do, where to go, starting from the day we booked. She assisted us with money exchange and gave us helpful local tips and tricks. She checked in with us frequently to see if there was anything we needed or wanted. We used her help to book a Hammam spa and a desert trip and were very happy. Caroline is the most helpful host I have ever encountered! The place itself was perfect and exotic. It’s a complete house in the Medina with 3 levels, full cooking facilities, rooftop terrace, comfy sitting room with TV. It was a peaceful oasis after the chaotic streets and souks of the medina. Having the fridge stocked with yogurt, juice and fruit for our arrival was an amazing touch. When I was suffering with a bad cold she had fresh ginger and lemons delivered so I could make a soothing tea. I cannot say enough. Fantastic find.

Me and my girlfriend had a great stay at Riad Belikoss. The riad looks very nice and has a great rooftop to enjoy breakfast or to relax. Our room was great, clean and looking nice. The mattresses are quite firm, but that was no problem for us. Breakfast is really great here. And the staff are very kind and helpful. The riad is located in the medina, so it’s very easy to walk to all kinds of beautiful places and restaurants. Taxi’s are also nearby. This place gets a definite recommend from us and we will come back here the next time we are in Marrakech.

Livia's place was well located in the medina, with easy access to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance to major sites of interest. Good air conditioning kept the environment comfortable during hot weather. Well equipped kitchen, dining area and cozy lounge on the ground floor, one bedroom with en suite bathroom plus another bathroom on first floor, two more bedrooms on second floor, and lovely roof garden at the top with friendly pet tortoises. Just be aware that the stairs between the 4 levels are a little steep and narrow, and if sleeping on the second floor you must descend stairs to get to the bathroom. Communication with Livia was excellent. She was available at any time to answer questions and make recommendations, and was really a joy to work with.

Our stay in the Medina was very exciting. But what made our experience far beyond perfect was Bahia and Fatima. They accommodated you in everything they can. The Riad is a short walk to the car pick up. Marrakech has our hearts.

The place has a very unique charm. Very nicely decorated, close enough to the Medina. The staff was lovely and the breakfast was delightful. Lulua was very hospitable and made us feel right at home.
