Beachfront vacation rentals in Medianía Alta

This is our second time staying at this home. It’s perfect for our family of 5. The kids would live at the pool if they could and always made friends. It was a central location to drive around and have a true authentic experience!

The place was beautiful and clean. The cooler and chairs were a great addition. It is a secure and locked location so you are super safe with your family. There are several pools to choose from so you can always find a location that is not too crowded. A little difficult to find in the dark the first time but totally worth it. You will want to rent a car as restaurants and attractions are not close, but there is a fully equipped kitchen that makes it easy to prep meals so the family can come back to the room and grab food as they get hungry. It was an amazing vacation with plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

Pictures and description matches the house. It is across from the pool and the beach. Gate controlled by security and you get a paper showing your dates. Show this to the security guards and theyll open the gate without issues. Living AC stopped worked and host had me check the breakers and it the breaker had tripped. Once it was reset it got fixed right up. ACs work well. There are various games for entertainment, various beach items (umbrella, chairs, beach balls, rackets). ONLY recommendation would be to add black out curtains. There is a street light next to the building and it kept the master well-lit. Ended up hanging beach towels over the curtains and that helped some. Overall, I am very happy with the apartment and host. Would stay again without hesitation.

We cannot say enough positive things about this property and host. We have stayed in many rentals, and let me tell you Carmen was literally the best host ever! Hands down amazing experience. The location.. could not have been any better. The rental itself.. had everything we needed. From kitchen supplies, to sand and beach items.. you could not go wrong. Washer and dryer were a plus. The place was even better than described here online. The space was everything we needed for our family of 4. We felt safe at the property. Had lots of fun. The pools were so refreshing after a day out. Carmen went out of her way and gave many recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The only negative part about this place was.. we had a hard time saying goodbye! We will definitely be back to this piece of paradise in the future! Thank you for your hospitality!

Edwin was a great host and the place was nice. The small attention to detail and traveler's needs were great. Edwin always responded in a timely matter and tried to accommodate every need. The things you should prepare for when selecting this location are: weather, it rains for a good part of April and most of May and at times it will cause a power outage. The mosquitos, I mean you can never really prepare for those, but pack accordingly. Check with the resort and host when traveling to make sure all amenities are functioning. The lazy river was not when I visited, and I wasn't notified if this. The beach, is actually at the end of the resort, maybe a 10-15 walk, and it requires a key. Edwin will leave the key for you. Don't go without it. This beach wasn't the cleanest or most appealing. Finally, if you're an animal lover, be prepared for the cats, dogs, lizards, roasters, and chickens, they're everywhere. I would book again. We made the best out of the situation

Nuestra estancia fue excelente. El alojamiento contaba con todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y disfrutar al máximo. La cocina estaba bien equipada y los espacios estaban limpios. Fue muy conveniente que el lugar contará con varias piscinas porque no estaban saturadas de personas. Para nuestra sorpresa contaba con jacuzzi compartido, lo cual fue muy bueno para disfrutar hasta más tarde en la noche. El lugar era muy tranquilo; fue perfecto para descansar. Las personas del lugar, que entiendo eran residentes fueron muy amables. Incluso, tenían a bien ofrecernos su ayuda cuando nos notaron perdidos. La anfitriona fue muy atenta en la gestion de ayuda. Al salir y percatarnos de objetos que habíamos olvidado, facilitó el que pudieramos entar a buscarlas luego de haber terminado nuestra estancia. Hubo un objeto que no encontramos y se comunicó luego para informar que se había encontrado, el cual acordamos el envío por correo. Definitivamente, recomendamos este lugar.

Ana’s place was absolutely beautiful and super clean! I want to say the beds were the most comfortable beds we have ever laid on. Wow. The pool being open until 1am was definitely a plus. We would spend the day exploring the island and evenings in the pool. I will most definitely return to her place.

Our stay was fantastic and the hosts were proactive in making sure we had a great stay without being intrusive in any way. The unit was as described and we found the kitchen to be fully equipped and convenient. We were not expecting a lot from the beach on property, but we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, with lots of opportunity to choose either sun or shade and had a number of coral reefs close to shore for snorkeling. We would definitely recommend this property!

Fantastic place to stay!! We rented a vehicle to get around as there wasn't many options nearby to eat. DandD pizza was very gooood and less than 10mins, but aside that many places were closed and/or had limited hours. you definitely need a vehicle to get more options and of course to visit old san juan! We don't like to depend on Uber to get around.. The apartment was everything you need. Very spacious, clean, and simply perfect! Great water pressure to shower, hot water, a/c worked. Plenty of towels [after shower use/ pool use] and full equipped kitchen. I'm telling you this place has it ALL. Even a washer/dryer! This building was across from the pool and the ocean, so we will definitely come back with our whole family!! The guidebook had fantastic suggestions, our favorite was Victoria Bistro in Canovanas!! Thank you!!

¡Nuestra experiencia fue excelente! El lugar tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía cómoda y divertida en familia. Las camas son súper cómodas, todo estaba impecablemente limpio y bien organizado. Disfrutamos mucho tener mesa de dominó para compartir en las noches, y en general el ambiente fue perfecto para relajarnos. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue de 10/10. Siempre atentos, amables y pendientes de cualquier detalle antes y durante nuestra estadía. Nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos desde el primer momento. This place was perfect for my husband and three of our children. Plenty of room. The view was my favorite part! Overlooking the beautiful water. Just steps from the beach. The pools were great, but we spent the vast majority of our time on the beach. Closest restaurants where at least 20 minutes away so a car rental is a must. The property felt very safe and secure. Would definitely recommend.

Veldig koseleg og fin leilighet med mye sjarm. Deilig med to fine bad, romslig oppholdsrom og soverom. Koselig gave på senga på hovedsoverommet🤗 Kjekt med to verandaer og hengekøye på verandaen på baksida. Leiligheten ligger på en trygg resort. Beliggenheten på stedet gjør at du må ha bil. Mange fine strender en kjøretur unna. Store shoppingsenter ca 20 min unna. Kan anbefales!

I was annoyed by the check in process. Security gave me a hard time getting in because they had no knowledge of me coming. Then I struggled to get the lock box open to access the keys. After we were finally able to get in we were able to admire how beautiful the place was. It looked even better than the pics. My kids and I loved the pool and park. The neighbors were nice. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, enjoy the amenities, and plenty of beach towels. The place was extremely clean, and quiet. The only issues I had were the location is far from the mall, airport, and San Juan, and Félix takes extremely long to reply. I'd definitely suggest getting a rental car.

El apartamento me gusto mucho por su excelente ubicacion, cerca de la playa y pisicina. Se vei igual a las fotos. La limpieza estuvo bien. Excelente lugar para compartir en familia. Detalles en general, fueron dialogados con el anfitrion directamente. Gracias por la oportunidad.

Our home away from home and safe haven. Left speechless on how much effort and dedication was put in to make sure this was an amazing experience for me and my family. Will definitely revisit and same location. Very kid friendly and much much more. Very peaceful atmosphere being able to relax, sleep comfortably and unwind. Highly recommend if traveling with children, with lots to do plenty to eat and see. This team has also been very respectful, caring and supportive with accurate responses whenever you reach out with any questions. This team from what I experience is dedicated and committed in making sure you and your loved ones have a great experience. Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Excellent hosts, can’t say enough about them. They were super helpful and were very responsive in their communication during my stay. I HIGHLY recommend staying at their property. I’ve stayed in Aquátika in the past but will ALWAYS rent from them in the future because of their hospitality and kindness. One of the nicest people ever to rent from. The condo was spacious, clean and very comfortable for everyone in my group from the adults to the children. No complaints at all. Very modern beach feel, linens were soft and comfortable. Has plenty of beach towels available with chairs you can use on the beach. Stayed during hurricane Ernesto and there were plenty of candles to use during the blackout on the island. If you are on the fence about staying here, don’t be, do not hesitate to book with them!!!

She was so helpful! We went during a busy flight time and all of our flights were full! We had to stay three extra days and Martha was so accommodating and understanding. We would definitely stay again. It was kind of a hike from the airport but the area was secured and peaceful. The bnb is right by the beach but more of a spot for locals which we didn’t mind at all.

We loved Pamela's condo at Aquatika in Loiza. She was very accommodating, the unit was exactly as described and the booklet full of information on the local beaches, restaurants and activities was sooo helpful! (our friends stayed elsewhere and kept asking us for info from the book!) The resort itself was nice - We loved the beach, and the pools were great (my son especially loved the water slide - wished it was open on more than just the weekend) ...a little disappointed that the lazy river was under renovation, but it shows improvements are being made to the property, so that's a plus - it will be great in the future! Everyone we encountered was very friendly. We had a great family trip!

What a wonderful vacation. The spot was perfect. There are so many lovely pools to lay out by and a delicious lazy river to float on, an easy walk to the beach. The location felt safe and was beautiful. I do recommend a car so you can get around. There is a little convenience store right outside the grounds to get needed supplies and some food. Everything was clean and communication was wonderful! Would stay again anytime.

using google maps takes you to the back side of the complex. need to go around. went to El Parrilla, Carretera 187 Km. 23.5, Loíza, 00772 was the best meal i had in PR.

Joel was easy to communicate with. The condo was nice but just a little far from places we wanted to visit. All in all it was great.
