I loved the location because it was away from all the noise and craziness of Provenza, yet you are within walking distance of a mall with plenty of restaurants, banks, supermarkets, and pharmacies. The building itself has a nice family-friendly pool and a jacuzzi. Additionally, there is an in-house restaurant and Spa. The building staff is friendly and helpful, ready to solve any issue that you may have. The best thing about this location was that there is an outstanding restaurant (probably the best in Medellin), only a 4-minute Uber ride ($1.5 US). The restaurant name is Runico, you must have reservations to get in, the experience is outstanding in all senses. The only thing that was a problem for me was the hot water in the shower. Sometimes, it worked, and sometimes, it didn't. They don't use water heaters like in the US, and I was not able to figure it out. One of the best experiences on my travels to Medellin.

This apartment has an excellent location in Poblado, Medellin, just a short ride from key attractions like Plaza Botero, the Museum of Antioquia, and Medellin's Botanical Gardens. You'll also find a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars within walking distance. While Medellin's hilly terrain means some uphill walking, it enhances the experience of exploring this vibrant city and enjoying its thriving culinary and nightlife scenes. The apartment is immaculate and ideal for couples. With friendly security, you can feel safe while being close to nightlife without the noise, and construction nearby posed no issues.

We enjoyed very much Sebastian's apartment. The location was very convenient and the description matched the actual apartment.

Excelente ubicación

Maria's place is fantastic. The building is safe, with plenty of amenities, including a rooftop pool, 24 hour security and a bar / restaurant in the lobby. There's a Carulla super market super close by, and Provenza is also easily reachable by walking. Maria is a fantastic host. She was always super responsive, and also gave some excellent local recommendations for things to do, and places to eat. Fully recommend!

Wow – what a stay! This place completely exceeded our expectations. Honestly, it was even better than the photos (which were already impressive). Everything in the apartment was brand new, spotless, and clearly put together with care and quality. You can tell the host really thought of every detail. Speaking of the host – they were fantastic. Super responsive, friendly, and made check-in and communication effortless. Any question we had was answered right away, and they gave us great local tips too. But let’s talk about that view… absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to that panorama every morning felt surreal – it’s the kind of view you just want to sit and soak in with a coffee or a cold drink. Easily one of the best we’ve ever experienced on any trip. The location? Perfect. Safe, central, and walking distance to everything you could want – great food, nightlife, and cultural spots. Whether you’re here to explore or just relax, it’s an awesome spot. Muy chimba

Muy bonito apartamento. facil de ubicar, limpio y amplio. Con todo lo necesario para una buena estadia. Muchos lugares cerca como lo son supermercados, oxxo, cafeterias y centro comercial. Enfocándome en el apartamento muy funcional, lo unico a mejorar es el sofa, muy duro, jajaja de resto todo genial. Volveria. Muy buena atención.

Great place to stay in laureles close to great restaurants but tucked away for privacy!

A lot of good with this stay with some quirks. The mgmt company is responsive and helpful The checkin process was effortless. This is a real 1 br, which can be hard to find in Laureles. The bed is very comfy and I love that the living room has a couch. If you cook, this isn't for you as the kitchen only has a small tabletop burner. The wifi is fast (~150 down). AC is very effective & cools the living room easily too. The apartment comes clean & staff is very helpful with extra towels, etc. There are trash bins right outside of the main door that get emptied often. I would suggest adding a bed-side lamp. The shower has good pressure, but the heat can be intermittent. Also the shower door doesn't stay shut and water gets out easily. The biggest downside might be the nighttime noise, BUT I'll say it didn't overall bother me. It's not much during the day, but at night you'll hear the restaurant across the street then then cleaning crew until about 3am before there is full quietness.

The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need during your trip. The beds are magnificent—just like those at InterContinental Hotels! It includes all the necessary amenities such as bath towels, toilet paper, and more. Natalia has been a wonderful host during our stay. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

I’ve been three times to Medellin, all in the last three months and this is by far the best place and area to stay in. It was very peaceful if that’s what you want but steps away from all the fun! It’s about a five minute walk to CR 70 which is where all the restaurants, bar and nightclubs are at. The place seemed very safe as well. We walked home every night at all times of the night and had no issues or encounters. Xiomara, the host, is very responsive and overall a great host! I would stay here time and time again!!!

We loved the location. Hosts were very good communicators and responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was perfectly situated in Laureles to walk to coffee, shops, and restaurants. This place is ideal for a visit to Medellín!

Urban Studios is my favorite place to stay in Medellin! Restaurant, Gym, Pool, and Jacuzzi. All in your building! Jessica’s place was on the 17th floor and had a great view. The blinds are controlled with a remote. It has 2 big TVs. All the amenities that you need. The building security are also very friendly and kind. Will be back soon!

Simón fue un gran anfitrión y el apartamento es tal cual lo describe, un gran lugar y el personal del edificio es bastante amable, puedes incluso pedir ayuda para que te consigan un taxi. Confortable, de fácil acceso y con todas las cosas que puedas necesitar muy cerca. Además, está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila de Poblado y las recomendaciones de Simón son muy buenas. Mención aparte a la gran vista a la ciudad desde el apartamento, y las áreas comunes muy agradables. Volvería sin dudar.
