Hilltop Wellness Villa Beautiful big house on the edge of the forest, a few steps from the Pécs Zoo. The house is comfortable for up to 10 people (plus a baby). The house has a total of 3 bathrooms with 3 toilets. In the basement there is a Finnish sauna, a hot tub and a gym with a treadmill. In front of the house there is a large grassy, well-maintained area and 2 beautiful terraces. The side wall of the house from the entrance is equipped with a camera operating 0-24 hours, which monitors and records the gate entrance and the parking lot.

Quiet bird chirping nook in downtown Pécs, within reach of Zsolnay Quarter, Kodály Center and Király utca. The guesthouse has one bedroom (double bed) and a living room kitchen (double sofa).
