A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

The lake access is within view of the home, and an easy walk and there are two kayaks for your use. Families, group of friends, group of fishermen will all find a nicely equipped cottage with high-speed Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Right in the heart of Clarksville, and easy to enjoy all that Clarksville has to offer.

Two-burner cooktop & tiny oven (no dishwasher), plus w&d. King bed, plus a daybed w/pop-up trundle in loft; queen foldout sofa downstairs. Rural satellite wi-fi. Boat parking/fish cleaning station. Fenced in dog-run for well-behaved dog. Hammock, firepit & picnic table lakeside! Front porch for sunset and star viewing!

Downstairs you’ll find a smart TV, plus a game room with an original Nintendo (with games!), full-size foosball table and air hockey table. WiFi throughout the home. There are 2 single kayaks, and firepit.. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped with whatever you need. In season, there is an herb garden for guest use. The home is set in a quiet neighborhood that allows privacy. There is extra sleeping space with a queen size air mattress and 2 sofas (not sofa beds)..
