To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

My place is close to nature and good air and tranquility. You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Surrounded by breathtaking views, this private modern lower ground studio with natural light is in a peaceful location for a visit to this beautiful region! There is a separate entrance, off-street parking, and bicycles can be stored in our garage. The studio is perfectly located for the Mullerthal Route 2 trail, and many other local hiking adventures. A choice of shops and restaurants are a ten minute walk/five minute drive from the studio.

The farmhouse, renovated with a lot of love, welcomes you warmly on 110 square meters in Bitburg-Masholder. Come in and feel at home - in the modern living room, the cozy reading room, the kitchen and the large dining room. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Many excursion destinations are easily accessible from here. We have put together a folder for you.

From December to the end of February, the houseboat is located in the harbor basin, as shown in the first two pictures. Unique accommodation on the Moselle.
