A 30 min. drive to Grand canyon West. 100's of miles of UTV and ATV rides, four wheeling at its best. Several view points overlooking stunning Lake Mead and mountain ranges and magnificent sunsets.

The home is a 30 min drive to the Grand Canyon West entrance and less than 20 min from Lake Mead’s South Cove or Arizona's Joshua Tree Forest. Miles of ATV trails are close by too. You can even take a day trip to Las Vegas or Lake Havasu! Close to a Family Dollar and a few local restaurants. Come enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets in a peaceful, private home.
