Our property is full of mature elm and oak trees. We have 7 acres of park like trails cut and mowed throughout the property. We protect our wildlife habitats so wild turkey, wild hogs, whitetail deer, raccoons, armadillos, hummingbirds, Robins, egrets, painted buntings, and red tail and red shoulder hawks are on the property.

Update July 14, 2025 The July 4th flooding was concentrated west of Canyon Lake. Canyon Lake was able to hold all of the flood waters, taking the lake from 40% full to 65% full. Guadalupe River east of Canyon Lake, including our lake and house, was minimally affected. As of today, the water remains contained within the river banks and is slowly receding. The water never made it up to the dock and guests are enjoying the property as usual.
