Vacation rentals with a patio in McMinn County

This is a wonderful location!! The Ocoee people!! Come stay here and enjoy the outdoors with a touch of city life for those who need it!

My husband and I have stayed at numerous Airbnbs, and Donna's is the best-appointed place we've ever encountered. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities everywhere you look. The backyard is beautiful and safe for pups with the full fence. We saw cute bunnies every day and glowing fireflies in the evenings. Inside, the king bed has built-in outlets for charging your devices, there's plenty of drawer and closet space, and even two luggage racks for suitcases. The shower is fantastic, as is the dining, kitchen and living space. We wanted for nothing, and Donna was always friendly and available without being intrusive. She could give a masterclass on hosting!

Without a doubt, my favorite AirBNB to date. It is exactly the type of place I would love to call home, and Barb and Greg were just the most accommodating hosts. We had plans to get out and spend most of our time looking for things to do, but ended up spending so much time at the apartment, because the farm is idyllic and being there, reading a book that Barb supplied, was exactly what I needed. There was not one thing that we lacked during our stay. Barb has thought of everything, including snacks, teas, essential out diffuser (my fav), and a well equipped kitchen. If you love nature, wildlife, and gorgeous landscape, this is the place for you. Finding new friends, in Barb, Greg and Tucker were an added bonus. Thank you for a STELLAR stay!

Cynthia was an amazing host! I had some questions prior to checking in which she responded to promptly and was very helpful. Her home is just as described, beautiful, quiet and everything you need for a getaway. Her home is in a good location not far from restaurants and stores like Walmart and Target. It’s near a college town which also adds to its quaint nature. I 100% recommend and would definitely rebook when I’m back in the area.

It was nice to stay in but the parking wasn’t enough room

Rhonda and Clay were kind, nice hosts. Easy access, ease of parking, and great lake view off the balcony. Would definitely go back!

The house was excellent and there were no negatives about it. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and the location was awesome. Hope was quick to respond to our messages and everything went well. Watts Bar Lake was an incredible lake and there are great locations like Burgess Falls that are within a 1.5 hour drive. We had decided to split our vacation between Watts Bar Lake in Spring City and Lake Nantahala in North Carolina (one of our favorite places) but if we could have made changes we would have stayed the entire time in Spring City. We definitely want to visit the lake again and would use Hope's rental again.

A nice apartment, far enough out of town to be quiet, yet close enough not o feel isolated. Some traffic noise from I40, but it never bothered me. I’d definitely stay again!

The home was clean and clutter free. The view of the lake was beautiful and it was nice that kayaks were offered but with no lake access close and only a car we couldn’t take advantage of the lake. We greatly appreciated the home away from home to watch our son in his college fishing tournament. Thank you for everything!!!

This is the perfect secluded, private getaway. Rich and Kelly are the great hosts. Proactive with communication providing all the details you need to find the place, check-in, and everything to do in the area. This is nestled at the edge of national forest lands and is 100% private. They have hiking on the property and plenty in the national forest as well. It is very unique and has all that you need for a great retreat.

Aaron was very accommodating when we asked about a late check out due to the circumstances of our stay. He was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious and beautiful space!

We have stayed here before. We always enjoy the place and it is perfect for visiting our brother.

Absolutely loved this charming home! The yard was picturesque sunrise/sunset and even had fire flies at night! The house itself was clean, thoughtfully decorated and stocked, and it had one of the nicest showers I’ve ever seen (seriously 😍). Would definitely recommend!

Excellent location with easy access to main lake and marina, we brought our pontoon boat and kept it at the dock during our stay, very easy access to water and dock. Plenty of parking and cooking utensils. This unit was exactly as described and very clean. We will be staying here again.

Jonathan and his wife were great host!! Quick to greet us, welcome us to their property and then offered to let us pick fresh blueberries! Any experience you’ll never forget in the best way possible!

We enjoyed our stay at Lacey’s place! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood. From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described. You could tell thought was put into the details in the house such as a snack basket and coffee for the Keurig. Lacey’s place was clean and cozy and had all the essentials we needed. We would highly recommend Lacey’s place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

This is a great location to stay in Farragut, TN. It’s close to everything that we wanted to do and the place had plenty of room for me, my wife, and our best friends. Overall, it was a great experience and Nicholas and Joy answered all of our questions quickly and gave us great recommendations. It was a fun first trip to the Knoxville area. We will definitely be back.

This airbnb is perfect for a small family and pets! My husband and I stayed with our two dogs, and walking them was simple. There was a small yard on the side and back of the townhouse. We stayed here for my sister’s graduation at Lee University, and this is a perfect location because it’s 10 minutes away! It’s very well located for events such as this! Washer and dryer worked great, and I loved the charm added to the place! We are saving this location for future stays! Highly recommend.

We had a great 2 week stay! The place was updated and renovated right before we got there which was a nice surprise!:) There were a few mishaps in the beginning of the trip but Christian and the Property Manager, Sharon, were so great to respond and were very accommodating! We would stay here again.

Very beautiful area,up on a mountain and very peaceful. The place is great for 2 people as it is small. The bed was so comfortable and the place was clean. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Very quiet and relaxing.
