Three bedroom home, allow up to 8. Hot tub overlooking backyard pond. Plenty of room to entertain or relax. TV's in common spaces. Piano, foosball table, record player, and pinball games. 2 full baths. Easy access to I55, I74, ISU, IWU, Heartland, State Farm, Rivian. Parking in driveway, plenty of street parking, up and downstairs backyard decks. Decor is eccentric, inclusive, diverse. We do require guests to have to rented from AIRBNB before and have reviews for us to view.
