There are washing and drying facilities on premise along with an on demand generator. It is centrally located in Runaway Bay within walking distance of restaurants and 5 min away from a grocery.

Second Floor Condo near Dickenson Bay

Spacious (1100 sqft) 1 bedroom apartment located on 2nd floor near Dickenson Bay tourist area. Nearby beaches and Night life within walking distance: Club Vyce and Putters Bar. Area restaurants: Salt Plage and Anas. You can also order food and groceries from delivery apps such as Allmart and Quikserve. This unit was part of a hotel now some units have residents some units are unoccupied/unkempt. Be aware that there is a night club located on adjacent property and gets busy and noisy at times.
