My children and I loved it here! The farmhouse had cozy vibes. They had so many activities for inside and outside the house! The animals were a fun addition. We also loved the seclusion, it's a great place to disconnect if you wanted to do that because of all the games! I only wished we had more time to explore the area and be more outdoors! Cher was very accommodating and quick to respond! Can't wait to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful home — everything was so clean and well kept. We had the best weekend relaxing by the pool and enjoying the peaceful river. The host was incredibly proactive in sharing helpful information ahead of time and was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, it was a fantastic trip and we hope to be back soon!

Cabin - Sits on the Mountain Fork River, Sleeps 11

Water's Edge cabin is one of the few cabins that actually sits on the beautiful Mountain Fork River. Built in 2023 it sleeps 11 and is 1,984 sq ft. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open concept and the entire back wall are windows that allow you to see beautiful views of the river. The cabin has 3 king suites each with its own ensuite. The bunk room has a queen bed with a twin bunk on top and a set of twin bunk beds. The bunk room has a spacious bathroom right across the hall.

A spacious deck features a cozy seating area and a wooden sauna barrel illuminated softly. In another corner, a hot tub sits under the trees, while a fire pit surrounded by hanging egg chairs offers a relaxing outdoor gathering space.

This was my first time using air bnb and it has been easily the best decision I’ve made. The place was stunning, beautifully decorated, and just absolutely perfect for me and my friends. The hosts were very kind and provided precise and clear instructions for everything. I’d absolutely love to stay there again or anywhere else they own. This was such a lovely weekend get away.

Very nice cabin and responsive hosts. There were several things to do in and around the cabin and the kids caught tons of perch in the pond. Some of the roads leading to the cabin had huge pot holes you could barely avoid so I would be cautious of that in smaller vehicles.

Host was so responsive and provided great recommendations. House was just as described and matched the photos. Only callout is the house is a bit out of town and the local Walmart doesn’t sell meat or produce. Stop of Pruetts on your way in because you won’t want to have to run back and forth. Once you there you’ll find everything else you need!
