The apartment has a completely independent entrance and two parking spaces! Equipped with a kitchen, bathroom and toilet as well as a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a 140 x 190 cm sofa bed in the living room. Linens and towels are not provided. We ask that you do a minimum of cleaning with the essentials provided.

My cottage is located in the middle of the fields on the edge of the Nuaillé-Chanteloup-Vezins forest, in an old renovated farmhouse. 5 minutes from a CHOLET shopping area, nearby - Puy du Fou Park, 29 km - Maulévrier Oriental Garden, 10 km - less than an hour's drive from Angers, Nantes, La Roche-sur-Yon, - and 1 hour 15 minutes from the seaside at Les Sables d'Olonne. You'll love my place for its tranquility, for couples and families (with kids).

Non-smoking only! In a detached house in the basement with a bay window facing outwards, I have dedicated a studio of about 36 m2 to my guests. The house is on the ground floor and we are a couple with no children. In the basement, we have our dressing room, washing machine and a guest room and the garage, rarely used. The studio is separated by a door; All amenities are available inside. There is no washing machine or dishwasher in the studio.

2nd time we've come and it's always very nice to stop at the Maison du Verdon. Close to Maulevrier Park or half an hour from Puy du Fou, it's a good place. We particularly appreciate the beautiful garden. Congrats again to the gardener. And thank you to Marie Alice for the very hearty and homemade breakfast.
