Vacation rentals in Mazida Ammos beach

Beautiful spacious villa set set in the hills above Sitia. Cool, comfortable, stylish and well equipped inside , fabulous large outdoor area with terraces, eating area, shady green garden area and pool with loungers. We enjoyed a great week under cloudless skies chillling at the villa and visting Sitia (good selection of waterfront restaurants ) and surrounds. The best beaches are half hour or more drive away but well worth the trip. The local village Piskokefalo (a short drive away) has a great taverna with simple, good value local dishes. Mania our host was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The welcome pack with home made Moussaka and the surprise little departure gift were lovely touches. Thank you . Highly recommended. PS The Richtis gorge walk is a great outing but wouldn't recommend driving down to Richtis beach - very scary !

L'alloggio di Maria si presentava in perfette condizioni, sia all'esterno che all'interno. La posizione offre pace e tranquillità ottima per una vacanza immersi nella natura greca, dove ogni aspetto rimanda ad una vita lenta e in sintonia con il mare e il territorio. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto il necessario e anche di più rispetto alle aspettative, inoltre a metà soggiorno c'è stata una pulizia e un cambio lenzuola, ben gradito e che ha sicuramente aggiunto un aspetto positivo a tutto il servizio. Sicuramente rispetto ai prezzi delle strutture vicino, l'alloggio ha un costo più elevato, data la presenza di piscina esterna (un sogno) e le rifiniture di gusto della casa e dell'arredamento. Assicuro che vale la pena immergersi in una Creta piena di fascino rustico e vero, dove le onde e le stelle sovrastano ogni preoccupazione e pensiero. Rimango soddisfatta del mio soggiorno, senza intoppi, chiaro e con una comunicazione cordiale.

The house has such stunning interiors, it is laid out like a 5 star hotel suite with all the added extras too - top quality shampoo/conditioner, body lotion and more. Kitchen was outstanding with every device require including 2 coffee machines - capsules and filter. The lounge is really big and the interiors very high quality, the TV is massive! The beds are super comfy and the linens really wonderful cotton, with beautiful throw cushions and occasional chairs. It feels like a 5 star hotel. As you enter the house on the lower level there are 2 double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and the laundry room, one flight of stairs up is the lounge/kitchen, and outside patio, then up again to the top floor is the master bedroom with dressing room, storage cupboard, ensuite bathroom, and outside patio. All rooms have air-conditioning. Sitia is a lovely harbor town with many restaurants and a great beach, lots of others a short drive away. Totally recommend this place - we hit the jackpot.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seascape Villa! The views are truly stunning and the photos do not do them justice! Maria was an incredible and caring host/ point of contact and was so responsive, providing special tips and recommendations to make our visit enjoyable! She’s happy to help, and even called ahead to restaurants for vegan options for us - thanks! The separate and very private bedrooms with their own entrances are great for sharing the space. Lots of outdoor places to relax and enjoy the view. The secluded rocky beach is breathtaking and absolutely worth the hike down and up - more for the adventurous type but absolutely doable and worth it! So peaceful and gorgeous down at that beach. Sometimes there is some noise from the neighbors and their dogs, cats, and from the road behind the house which is normal/ typical if off a main road and with neighbors - just flagging that although it is private and somewhat secluded it can get noisy at times. 100 percent would return!!

Eleni ist sehr freundlich, aber nicht aufdringlich. Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Bildern. In der Nähe gibt es zwei Minimärkte und einige Tavernen und Cafés. Die Umgebung ist touristisch nicht überlaufen. Es gibt viele tolle Strände und die Auswahl fällt schwer, welchen Strand man an diesem Tag auswählen soll. Das Tal der Toten ist ebenfalls nicht weit weg. Von der Terrasse kann man jeden Tag den Sonnenaufgang erleben. Das Haus ist bautechnisch beeindruckend und mit viel Liebe zum historischen Detail saniert und eingerichtet. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen.

Wir hatten eine unbeschreiblich schöne Zeit in der Windmühle. Der Ausblick und der Garten sind umwerfend. Alles ist mit soviel Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Im Ort kann man sehr gut essen. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Wir sind glücklich, dass wir dort sein durften. Wer das Besondere sucht, dem kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Apartmant is spacy it has large saloon with kitchen and 2 bedrooms. It has large balcony facing sea and the small one facing west in one of the bedrooms. Every room has aircondition so even in extremaly hot days it was possible to cool the apartment very quickly. We could see the sunrise over the sea from the main balcony early in the morning. Matina is super-nice and flexible. On the starting day we were allowed to check in very early in the afternoon. There is taverna right next to the apartment with excelent service, good food and affordable prices and one of the most beautiful beaches in the world 50 meters away

La vue est superbe, la maison bien entretenue et suffisamment équipée, la première plage est situé à 5min à pieds. Les hôtes sont disponibles. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.
