Calidad precio está muy bien. Fuimos a hacer un curso de buceo y su ubicación al lado del puerto y del paseo maritimo era inmejorable. Zona tranquila.

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo 3 noches y la verdad que el apartamento es perfecto para desconectar y estar tranquilos. Las vistas son sin duda lo mejor. La zona es muy tranquila. Todo estaba muy limpio y ordenado. Davinia nos atendió con mucha comprensión y atención.

Me alojé con mi familia y todo fue fantástico. Estuvimos una semana y el alojamiento está súper cuidado, con unas vistas al mar envidiables. Repetiremos seguro! Muchas gracias por todo Patri!

Placidos apartment is right on the beach, it's very comfortable and light, equipped well because it's someone's home, so more than you need. it stayed cool during a hot week, even though no air con. loads of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Placido is welcoming and helpful, and provided a file of recommendations. Hard to improve on this apartment in Aguilas.

Un alojamiento muy bien cuidado, sábanas y toallas limpias, impecables, equipado con todo lo necesario y más. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Muy recomendable.

Great location, with superb views of the bay and sea front. The apartment is a lovely home from home with everything and more that is needed for a comfortable stay - exactly as Michele described. Toni was also a great help during our stay and made the check in & out process very simple & straightforward. We would not hesitate to recommend this bright and cheerfully decorated apartment.

Übergabe der Schlüssel bei An und Abreise total einfach und flexibel. Schlägt direkt Lösungen vor. Wir sind um ca. 12 Uhr angekommen und morgens um 5 Uhr abgefahren. Reinigungsutensilien und Küchenutensilien sind auch in der Wohnung vorhanden und man braucht nicht direkt zu einem Supermarkt, sondern kann erstmal ankommen. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, aber wir waren auch ausserhalb der Saison dort. Tagsüber wird es am Wochenende mit dem Parken ein wenig schwieriger, aber Abends auch wieder sehr leer. La casa está muy bien, ubicada en un lugar muy tranquilo, con unas vistas preciosas y una terraza muy chula. Además el propietario estuvo muy atento en todo momento y nos dio mucha flexibilidad en la llegada y en la salida. Volvería al apartamento de Francisco sin ninguna duda!!

El apartamento muy bien en general, fácil ubicación, aparcamiento fácil alrededor y todo muy limpio.

Had a lovely stay at Carmen's Apartment. We walked along the beach every morning and had lovely lunches & evening meals in the harbour. It was so central to everything we needed & a lovely, clean apartment to come home to.

. nous avons passé un très bon séjour très agréable avec vue sur la mer et à peine à 100 m de la plage la playa negra où tous les matins je faisais ma natation il est facile de se rendre rapidement avec sa petite serviette. sans compter les nombreuses plages et criques où l'on peut choisir de passer la journée.j'ai très apprécié les deux vélos mise à disposition en bas dans la cour et prêt à partir. je n'oublierai pas aussi le toit terrasse pour passer des bonnes soirées devant un bon apéro et une vue magnifique. la literie était très confortable. les voisins sont très chaleureux et courtois. je n'hésiterai pas à revenir au même endroit un grand merci à jolanda et mariska pour leur gentillesse. à très bientôt. Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Las fotos y la descripción coincidían, a la playa caminando muy bien y cerca , nosotros íbamos en coche por ir con 2 peques pero con el parking de casa hacía todo más cómodo. Había de todo y mucho más para disfrutar de las piscinas y la playa, ideal para familias! Descansó garantizado!

Väldigt fint boende som har allt man behöver för en semester, grill, jacuzzi, pool och bra utrustat kök! Nackdelen med området är att det är kuperat och gångavståndet till stranden är kanske närmre 20 min.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

Fermin was a fantastic host. His communication was excellent right from booking through to when we were there. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning . We spent a lot of time outside watching the sea and the world go by. The only two of us stayed but six people could easily spend time in this apartment. It had everything you needed and more.
