Base Camp 49

Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Alpine Woods features a long driveway set back in the woods for a private feel. The cabin's open floor plan and high ceilings throughout make it feel spacious. The large backyard is great for outdoor games, socializing and relaxing. In winter the plowed, flat roads make for easy driving. Ski-in, ski-out access. Great location, close drive to North Cascade trails, Mazama (3.5 miles), Winthrop (11 miles) and the Methow Valley Community Trail and suspension bridge within walking distance.

The Mazama Trails Kidds Cabin(a legal and licensed nightly rental in Okanogan County)is a smaller, two-story dog friendly cabin that sits just below Flagg Mtn., located just 1.3 miles east of the Mazama Store. Close to the Methow Valley ski trail (in the winter), and bike trail in the summer. Simple, cozy, efficient. The MVSTA trail is adjacent to the property, offering miles of access to the beautiful landscapes of the upper valley. Easily accessible off the county road with any vehicle.

Our cabin was build in 2018 with traditional cabin feel done in a modern way. Gourmet kitchen, 3 bd, 2 bath, large open common area, dining room, open loft with TV, and foosball table. AC. Dog friendly with approval but pets do require extra cleaning, we ask for a pet fee of $80 per Dog.

Our delightful log cabin is perfect for a Methow Valley get-away. We are tucked in a lovely grove of aspens, one minute walk to the Methow River, private sauna, shared hot tub & pool and MVSTA trail (1-2 minute walk/ski). The cabin has two bedrooms + a sleeping loft and a full kitchen.
