Minimum stay: 3 days, on request if necessary 2 days in the winter months.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

In the 60 sqm apartment with private entrance you will find everything you need for a vacation. 1 double bed + 1 sofa bed - space for max. 4 people - Parking in front of the house In a few minutes you are already in the forest, on the 588 meter high Michelsberg and can hike in all directions. By car, you can reach the Nürburgring, the Ahr, the Ruhrsee or Phantasialand Brühl in a good half hour. Shopping is 10 km away. Dogs are welcome by arrangement.

The winegrower's barn

Welcome to our winegrower's barn, which was expanded in 2022. You can park your car directly on the neighboring property. You can reach the two-story barn via our courtyard. On the lower floor is the bedroom. On the upper floor are the open kitchen, living/dining area and bathroom. You can enjoy the view of the vineyards through the two floor-to-ceiling windows. Hikes or mountain bike tours can start right outside the door.

Welcome to Kirchsahr – Winnen

The ideal apartment for peace seekers, hikers and nature lovers. Cozy apartment separate on the upper floor with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom/toilet and fantastic distant views. We share the house entrance, then guests go up to the separate apartment. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. News about the 2021 flood: We are on the mountain and were not affected. All roads in the area are now passable again.

Welcome back! Fortunately, our apartment has been spared from the flood disaster. We are looking forward to having you again. Of course, a lot has changed in the Ahr Valley and there is still a lot to do, but, for example, the hiking trails are intact and nothing stands in the way of a nature vacation. Note: In addition, the visitor's tax (€2.50 per night/person) must be paid.
