The Guest House here on the Birdland Retreat provides a three bedroom, two bathroom private accommodation on the grounds of a quiet 18 acre retreat 20 minutes northeast of downtown Knoxville, Knoxville Zoo and University of Tennessee and just an hour away from the major family attractions at Sevierville and Dollywood. There is a Queen size bed in the great room that would be perfect for extra guest. This part of our home is separated from our own personal living space by a sliding barn door that will be latched for your privacy. Although we will be in the main part of the home we want you to enjoy your time and enjoy Norris Lake.
