Possibility to accommodate up to 12 travellers, the 3ha estate is at your disposal in its entirety.

Welcome to the world of Magic, Mystery, and Medieval fairy tales. This romantic, cottage is located on a large estate with gardens, vast lawns, and private lake. All amenities are available to guests. The cottage has one bedroom, bath, kitchen, dining area and living room with wood burning fireplace. The lake has a lake house for relaxation in nature and a large sauna with outdoor shower. It is a 4-minute walk to the village which has many services. High speed trains are 90 minutes to Paris.

Close to the Tourbières and the footpath, you can ride a bike or walk. 1 hour from Rennes, Granville and St Malo, 36 minutes from Mont Saint Michel and 19 minutes from Fougères. You can visit the medieval castle of Fougères, the Botanical Park of Upper Brittany at Le Chatellier. Golf, tree climbing, swimming nearby You will find producers of local products in the surrounding villages.

The "Chouette la Valette" gîte is located between Château-Gontier and Laval along the Mayenne River. Between the river and the park, enjoy your vacation, your weekend as you see fit! This nature house offers a lot of privacy (the nearest neighbours are 200 metres away). It is a retro chalet from the 60s, built against a rock with a view of the meadows, forest, river and fireplace. Kitchen, shower, bio-toilet (with sawdust), balcony, sun canopy (in a separate part of the room there is a single bed), infrared sauna and swimming pool. Dog(s) can walk around freely, the yard around the chalet is completely fenced.

Very comfortable house for 10 people (in terms of fixed beds in the bedrooms, seats, dishes, etc.) but can accommodate up to 12 (by squeezing ;-)). Come and stay in our wooden house nestled in a walled garden on the edge of the Mayenne. You can enjoy the calm of our accommodation or the activity of the city center that you will reach in a few minutes, on foot or by bike, by the towpath (the house is at km 34 of the towpath).
