Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or even shops of daily needs as well as the train station. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of service, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

A beautiful beech forest starts 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elztal bike path are also within easy reach: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Mosel, the Maare are quickly reached.
