The Nettebad with sauna area is a 10-minute walk, and the city center is 15 minutes away. From August 2024, a modern tennis court with soccer field and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk away

A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. Our holiday home was built in 2020 and offers 67m² of space for 4 people. There is also an approx. 30m² games storage area, which offers many options, especially on rainy days. The house and outdoor area are child-friendly and comfortably furnished. The location is a good starting point for trips to the regions: Maifeld, Moselle and Eifel. Families, hikers and bikers are sure to get their money's worth.
