Beachfront vacation rentals in Mayabeque

My husband has a great stay. The location was calm and peaceful and close to the coast. The host was helpful and had great communication.

Alain made our stay so easy, he was very quick to respond and very helpful with a couple small set backs we had. He gave us great local recommendations and all in all a super host!

Excellent place and apartments, the owners are extremely nice people and caretakers of all the details and everything you need. Highly recommended for a stay in Havana.

We stayed one night at Eliza’s casa particular with her parents Eduardo & Martha in Cojímar before heading to Playa Larga — our only wish is that we were able to stay longer in Cojímar to enjoy their beautiful casa & gracious hospitality. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and had everything that we needed, and very well located near Cojímar’s Malecón and the Hemingway statue, etc., as well as within a short walk to wonderful restaurants such as Ajiacar. This was our first time in Cojímar, and our hosts were a wonderful source of knowledge about this interesting, off-the-beaten path area. We had the opportunity to chat with Eduardo at length — he is honestly one of the most interesting people we met throughout more than six weeks in Cuba on this trip. Eduardo’s his deep knowledge of the Cojímar community, including countless legends and tales, truly made our brief stay even more enjoyable. We recommend staying with Eliza’s parents Eduardo & Martha’s apartment in Cojímar!

Le logement est situé dans un bel endroit, à côté d'un très bon restaurant et à proximité de la plage et des chemins pour se balader. Les chambres sont grandes et propres. Le logement dispose d'une belle et grande terrasse.

Idenia’s place was wonderful. It was a great place for my family and I to stay and spend time together. Every bedroom had air conditioning which a major plus especially during the summer months. Patricia, her maid, was friendly, responsive, and always willing to lend a helping hand. If we needed anything, we were able to contact her and she helped us (Thank you Idenia and Patricia). The apartment is close to shops, restaurants, and the Malecon. I really loved the location and outside of the construction noise (which I was notified about beforehand) it was great. The noise was only during the workday and week. I loved that the apartment was secure and had elevators especially with a baby and a stroller. If you are wondering where to stay in Havana, Idenia’s place is a wonderful place to rent. I hope when I visit again, it will be available so we can come back. Thank you!!!

Все очень понравилось .В доме интернет, для Кубы это очень важно.Был организован трансфер из аэропорта. Ана готовила очень вкусные завтраки.Мой рейс задержался, но Рафа меня дождался,встретил, все рассказал.Месторасположение очень хорошее,все рядом.Рекомендую.

WOW! What can we say!? Cloty and her family are the loveliest most welcoming family! The villa is even better and closer to the beach than the photos suggest. There are many restaurants, bars, shops within a 5 minute walk. The beach is a 2 minute walk and very nice! The villa is very secure and also has wifi (cards still needed) but it's a safe environment to relax, work, sleep, eat and enjoy the sunshine. Our travel was cut short due to the Coronavirus but Cloty and her family let us use their phone to ensure we could get back home safely. We strongly recommend this villa and the $5 breakfast which was amazing! We look forward to returning one day!

No se por donde empezar, es el lugar perfecto para descansar, compartir con amigos y familias, la comida deliciosa, y muy variada, atención todo el tiempo. El mínimo detalle cubierto. Siempre pendientes de nuestras necesidades. Las personas q están trabajando jamas molestan solo están para atendernos y cuidarnos. Fue increíble definitivamente regresaremos. Es un lugar muy completo pasamos un fin de semana único y éramos unos cuantos nadie tuvo ni una queja. Un detalle muy importante el problema de la ausencia de corriente en Cuba nunca nos afectó apenas nos dábamos cuenta si se iva porque enseguida reemplazan el servicio con la planta. Hicimos una cena especial con mariachis nos ayudaron con la coordinación de todo. Excelente estancia mil gracias Andres y el resto del equipo.

Beautiful area, friendly staff and safe neighbour hood! We were comfortable walking the vast beautiful sandy beach or walking to the village or "tin shack" for groceries. The locals are super friendly, helpful and looked out for you. The beach was peaceful and host to locals rather than tourists so no jet skis or power boats. 5 bedrooms each with their own bathroom and walk in closet plus A/C and fans in each room. There is an extra bathroom on the main floor. Commercial kitchen with 3 sinks and large fridge and chest freezer. There are two large dining room tables in the kitchen and dining room and a living area. Huge covered and uncovered upper deck, lower solarium and outside porch tot the ocean. Plenty of food is available. Hayma looked after us very well for a whole month! Very peaceful vacation!

¡Un lugar muy recomendable! Mi esposo y yo nos quedamos un fin de semana con nuestro perrito y la experiencia no pudo ser mejor. Janet es una gran anfitriona que nos hizo sentir en casa y nos facilitó todo para mejorar aún más la estancia. La zona de la piscina es increíble y, además, estás a unos pocos metros de la playa. Un 10/10. Volveremos sin duda.

Very very happy with all aspects of of our week's stay at Alex private villa. Delicious breakfast every morning on one of the terrace. Alex and his aunt make a wonderful team together. Highly recommended. We look forward to our next visit

The place was a paradise, there was not other place I want it to be for the last week of 2020 and the beginning of the year. The security is fantastic, the view is breathtaking, the sunrise reflects a poem of love. I can not explain how lovely this gorgeous little place were the river and the ocean meet. I can not wait too come back. Also the lady who clean the place is very helpful and a lovely soul.

Apartamento amplio, aseado, iluminado, acabados como nuevo. La cercanía a buenos restaurantes lo hace mas atractivo. Sus recomendaciones muy puntuales y acertadas. Fácil acceso a transportes. Súper recomendado!!!

Malinchi and Ike are absolutely incredible hosts. The entire experience from end to end was world class. They went above and beyond all of my expectations and provided incredible support, great recommendations and made me feel at home. The casa is exactly as described and is beautiful. The wifi also works great which made staying connected with family very easy. They have Netflix as well with lots of great options for family entertainment. The casa is in a perfect area of Miramar for plenty shops, great restaurants and any amenities you made need. I highly recommend this host for both first time and return visitors to Havana. Thank you again Malinchi and Ike for a wonderful stay and I will be back soon!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement. Le balcon avec la vue sur le Malecon est très sympa. Pas de problème d'eau car il y a une réserve de secours en cas de manque d'eau. Hôte très arrangeante. Merci encore pour cet agréable séjour.

I never met Bea as she was in her home country but Jandry the guy that helps her host was a Super Host. He was there when I arrived and that made me feel safe because Havana is in ruins and it’s easy to mistake needy people with hoodlums. The view is spectacular and was one of the great things about this unit. It’s close to everything right behind El Prado St where the Capital building is. I went on a humanitarian trip/vacation and that is what it was but the vacation part was cut short somewhat with such great need that the Cuban people are under. Please if you come to Cuba bring medicines, shoes, clothing, toiletries to give away. Everyone needs something or other. They are living the fruit of a system that has allowed the building in front of the Capital building to collapse so you can imagine the rest of the city. A monument of a city rich in history and its citizens are making $25 a month. Beware of people that want to take advantage of you out of need not greed. Jandry was great.

I travel to Cuba a lot, and usually for a month at a time. I've stayed at many Airbnb's, but this was the best by far. Location is perfect, you can walk to all of Centro/Vieja Havana in minutes. Being on the top floor, beyond the amazing 360 degree views, you have constant breezes that make the heat bearable even in the mid 90's. One of the few houses that is wise enough to have a fan which changes the whole dynamic for the good when sitting on the massive patio. Additional bonuses...elevator! It's really on the 7th floor, which I have had to do stairs at others. Here, you push a button! One of the biggest advantages is it's on a protected circuit, so while most of Cuba has lots of power outages, even in Havana. This building never loses power...that is GOLD. Last up Dmitriv is a great host. Very responsive and a good man. He stocks the fridge and at prices that are very close to what you can buy on the street. I have stayed at many that gouge you on water/beer ect. Awesome home!
