The Little Red Bunkhouse is a private retreat located on a 50 acre farm in rural De Leon, Texas. As our guest, you can relax and unwind on your private deck overlooking nature at it's finest! A comfy queen bed, plus a sofa sleeps 3. Private bath with walk-in shower, kitchen with all cookware, WiFi, grill, and fire ring (wood provided). Plenty of parking for a horse trailer or boat. *Our beautiful ancient oak contracted Oak Wilt. 😢 We are heartbroken! But, the gorgeous views are still here!

This retreat is located in a quiet neighborhood populated mostly by retirees. The backyard is a perfect place for a fun day of relaxing and barbecuing. Normally it’s a great place for fishing or swimming (about 5’ deep) but we are currently (summer 2023) in drought conditions in the water behind lake side cottage more like a marsh.
