Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Seine and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and resourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes, kayaks, SUPs and other equipment are available.

Located in an old farmhouse from 1850, this atypical and peaceful building offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, just 1 hour from Paris, and 30 minutes from Disney and Provins. This former architectural workshop transformed into an artist's residence is open at certain times of the year as a guest house. Our two houses are independent. We welcome you to a peaceful setting, with a swimming pool and a one-hectare garden, which we share with our dog and our two sheep.

You can enjoy its 230 m2 to spend a pleasant time in front of the fireplace or around the large family table. It is also nice to enjoy its walled garden and small swimming pool (from May to late September) or terraces with benches, tables and barbecue.
