The rental is located next to ours but it's not overlooked.There is a private terrace & seperate entrance as well as direct access to the walkway along the Seine(passing through our garden). The Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.
