Monthly Rentals in Mauban

20 hours really felt too short—we wish it could be more! But other than that, everything went great, the place exceeded our expectations. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Communication was smooth, and the check-in process was easy. We’d definitely love to come back hoping for a longer stay!

We'll definitely be coming back—one night here just wasn’t enough! The place is super beautiful, and you really feel close to nature since you’re actually staying on a working farm. It’s private and cozy, and the whole unit is yours for the entire stay. Ms. Sarah (the co-host and the host’s mom) was really nice, super accommodating, and easy to chat with. Mr. Helper (sorry, forgot his name!) was great too—he helped us out with a few things we forgot to bring. My partner and I had a great time doing some BBQ, shooting hoops on the mini basketball court, and enjoying the pool all to ourselves. The only bummer was we didn’t get to do the bonfire since it unexpectedly rained that night. Hopefully we can book this again in October for our anniversary. Thanks so much for the awesome stay!

The biggest praise I can give Iris is how consistently helpful she was in our travel to and from Lucban. Even before we arrived, she had helped us with travel to Lucban from Manila, with information on a van service we would not have known about otherwise which saved us both time and money. She made a reservation on our behalf and was waiting at the property to welcome us. She (and her husband) provided us with a litany of local recommendations, so we ate very well in Lucban! Fresh water provided and arranged a refill service for when we ran low, and then was able to help us figure out partial transport for our onwards journey afterwards. Our time in Lucban would have been pleasureable regardless but Iris' hostessing elevated it immeasurably. If we ever make it back to Lucban someday we would not hesitate to book here again.

Still the best place to stay in Mauban. We were lucky enough to book this upper floor after our check-in with Arvin's other listing. Would recommend Arvin to other travelers.
