With all bedrooms fully air-conditioned and compensated through solar power which is grid fed to reduce power costs. We have gone for great comfort with a California King, one Futon king and a Sealy king bed with pillow toppers. This will give you great comfort in a funky setting.

The house has a modern feel with conveniences you will find in your own home. There is air-conditioning in all 3-bedrooms & stand alone portable fans. The pool area is great for lounging with a BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.
