Vacation rentals with a patio in Matamata

The Loft was lovely to stay in. Very spacious, and allowed alot of fresh air to come through. location is walkable distance to eateries, and just across a lovely park where you can see the lake. check in was easy and the private car park is handy and easily accessible. thanks for the lovely stay Kirsten!

Its our third time stay here and every time its been exceptional. Would love to have time to stay more than just one night. Thanks again Lynne and John. See you next time.

First floor apartment in a block of four. Very clean, tidy and well appointed, very comfortable, good balcony area. Enjoyed our stay, would stay here again.

With its ocean view and easy access to the Mount’s cafes and restaurants this well appointed studio was a great place to stay at. We will happily stay there again.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Jane's place. Set in a very peaceful location. A short walk to the shopping centre and a short drive to the Mount. Easy check-in. Instructions were detailed and easy to follow. A very comfortable home. Would recommend.

I had a great stay at Colin’s airbnb. It was clean, warm and comfy. Great location and communication. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Penelope’s place was the perfect stopover for our trip to the Hobbiton Movie Set! The house was spotlessly clean, wonderfully quiet, and had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable night’s stay. The kitchen was well-equipped—we had all the essentials to prepare a meal. Highly recommended for a hassle-free layover

We had a fabulous stay at Sam’s place! All of the activities we planned were no more than 15 minutes via car. The heating units came in handy during the evening, but the bedding provided ample warmth. The best part were the views; nothing beat the sun rising right in front of the bed!

The host was waiting to welcome us. The place was clean, cozy and warm. I wish I could give this place and host more than 5 stars. The extra amenities (bread, milk, jam, cereal) were greatly appreciated as well!

Nicole's place is a beautiful large and spacious house in a quiet area of Matamata. Only a 15-20minute walk into the town so great for walking in for dinner. The house is spacious which was great for using as a space for getting ready for our wedding, abd had all the facilities we required.

Josie and Rob's place was beyond perfect for a Birthday weekend getaway of 6 adults. Every amenity you could think of, they had; the house was so comfortable in so many aspects. Not to mention the location, which was close enough to town and walkable to St Kilda cafes, but still in the peaceful countryside of Cambridge. Couldn't fault Josie and Rob too, their communication and helpfulness were unmatched. We are already dreaming of coming back.

Lovely stay in a rural farm land, absolutely stunning views and quite a sky view at night. Highly recommend to people who like a quiet get away

The apartment was perfect. Good underground parking. Close to the venue we were attending. Just a couple of minutes walk to the city centre and restaurants. Very quiet. Arihia and Char were excellent hosts.

Great spot! Close to main beach or Pilot Bay and trail up mountain. Easy to walk to shopping and grocery store, or get dinner on the main strip. Comfortable and clean and great natural light.

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Excellent location. Close to everything. Clean and tidy, well lived in, apartment. Very small 2nd bedroom (office size) straight off the lounge. Perfect for us though, we enjoyed our stay. Brooke was a great- excellent comms.

Great place very close to restaurants and places of interest in Hamilton. Modern townhouse that’s clean and a very accomodating host.

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.

Very clean, spacious apartment. Easy to park in the single garage and one offstreet park. Kitchen is very well equpped, good size lounge and dining area, very comfortable for 5 to 6 adults. We heard 4-5 trains, but they didn't bother us, many trains weren't running over Kings Birthday weekend. Double beds were a little soft and small and pillows over full, will take my own pillow next time. Has a heat pump but didn't use it as the apartment was very warm.
