Come and camp with the luxuries of AC and Heat. Discover some great fishing in the Matagorda Bay area. Boat ramp in subdivision (unfortunately it is currently closed for repairs), community pool (Closed October to May) and nice lighted fishing pier. This RV has two AC units for the hot Texas summers. 1/4 acre lot. Sunset view at pier is beautiful! There is a nice general store in the neighborhood with a small diner with great food. The city of Palacios is 12 miles.
