The house is wonderful, very comfortable, all first-rate equipment, very well equipped, nothing was missing. Everything is new, well decorated and organized. The condominium is beautiful, large swimming pool, it is in front of the beach, on the sand, reserved place, very quiet. Super attentive team, responded promptly the few times I needed to speak. Best vacation investment. I'd go back a thousand times.

We had a very pleasant experience during the days we stayed in the apartment. Extremely clean, organized and with everything necessary for our well-being during the stay. Whenever I had any questions, the host promptly answered me and resolved all requests, in addition to being very polite and proactive. It was an experience as it was in our expectations and I hope to return soon.

We had wonderful days at José's place. Super clean and well-equipped apt. It has everything we need. Airy and in front of the pool. Safe condominium and excellent gym. The structure of the beach that serves the condominium is about 25 minutes on foot, so being by car is the best option, in addition to making it easier to get to the beach of the fort or other beaches. Hostess answers all questions quickly and is always ready to help. We'll be back for sure.

The days we spent at Patrícia's apartment were wonderful. Despite being a condominium, the place is calm, quiet, pleasant, close to nature. We really like hosting! The atmosphere is quiet, ideal for those who want to rest. The house was clean, organized, and with all services available as described on the website. The condominium is also quite calm, and the pool is great — my kids loved it, especially the part intended for children under 5 years old. On Saturday, the condominium got a little busier and there was loud sound in some homes, but the situation was quickly resolved. Other than that, everything was perfect. A true refuge of peace for those who already know Imbassaí.

Comfortable accommodation in the best location of the fort beach. The condominium has direct access to the village, which makes it much easier to get around. Literally "we forget" the car in the garage.

The apartment is beautiful, nice and comfortable. The whole decor has a nautical-praian theme that made the stay experience a delight. There is air conditioning in the two bedrooms, but not in the living room, which has only one floor fan. Because of this, in the summer, staying in the living room throughout the day may not be very comfortable because of the heat. It is not a problem if your idea is to spend the day outside on the beach or in the shared spaces of the condominium, which are ventilated. The kitchen is well equipped, we find many utensils and appliances. Like every waterfront building, the saltpeter caused some deteriorations in the apartment, but Wilton gave all the support we need. Wilton was very requested, and he answered us whenever it was necessary to call him. He was a very courteous and kind host, giving tips for nearby tours and answering all our questions about the reservation and stay, which certainly contributed to our experience being wonderful. The apartment is very nice, matching the photos. Everything is very well kept and clean. The hostess (Patrícia) was always available for questions and sending information. The condominium has a good structure, being ideal for families with children. As for Itacimirim, an excellent place to rest, with a range of services and attractions nearby. Most of the condominiums are located in a region of the beach not suitable for bathing (very rough sea). But a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive already provides access to some beaches with calmer seas.

We had a wonderful stay at the Casa da Tuca. The house was clean and spacious, with a fantastic pool area and a close walk to the beach. Our entire family (kids, parents, grandparents) all had a time to relax and fun nearby activities to join. Sil was an excellent cook!

Ana's house is extremely comfortable, clean and with everything we need for a perfect stay. Great quality and super fragrant linens and towels. The sea view and the sound of the waves are very relaxing. Very close to the village, we went on foot every day. Not to mention Ana's kindness, always helpful and friendly.
