Located in the Anjou wine region, this rustic 100m2 cottage equipped with all modern amenities is part of an old winegrowers property called 'Closerie Les Roches' that includes two other cottages. We are close to charming villages and towns such as Montreuil-Bellay and Saumur. Visit local wineries, explore famous Loire valley castles, visit the award-winning Doué-la-Fontaine zoo or just stroll among the vines right outside the property. We also offer dinner for our guests twice a week.

Rose Barn offers a peaceful escape with all the comforts of home, as well as a large, private heated pool (open May-Sept. weather permitting). Featuring two bedrooms, it comfortably accommodates 5 people but a roll bed can be added for a 6th. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, private parking, a fenced garden and games area with a barbecue and outdoor seating under a hangar. The downstairs bedroom has a king-size bed and an en suite bathroom The two upstairs bedrooms have zip and link beds, so they can be set up as two single beds or one super king bed. They share a toilet and shower room. Relax within 7 acres of outside space, including a heated outdoor pool (shared with Poplar House and heated from mid-May to mid-September), table tennis, badminton and bikes.
