We very much enjoyed our stay at Clarese’s property. Checking in and checking out were both smooth and simple. We had plenty of space, there was very comfortable seating in the gathering room. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen had lots of supplies. Also, we reached out to Clarese at one point, and she was extremely responsive and helpful. Great property!

We stayed during Thanksgiving week to celebrate the holiday with family. Beaux even offered the home to use for our Thanksgiving lunch and went out of his way to have all that we would need there to prepare and celebrate. We are eternally grateful for his kindness and hospitality. The time was everything we hoped it would be.

Honestly, this place is what an AirBnB should be! The whole point of an airbnb was to be stocked with extras that you wouldn't find in a hotel and to feel like home. This place is better stocked than the home I live in! Such a wonderful and relaxing setting. The house was immaculately clean and the dogs really enjoying exploring the yard. Thoughtful touches for dog guests included waste bags and dog bowls. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay with my family!! The property is stunning and the home is very comfortable. We felt that we had everything we needed. It is very remote but that was a bonus for us because we enjoyed the privacy and peacefulness. The house is large and provided plenty of private space and areas where our family could gather together. Kimberly was responsive to our needs and provided great suggestions and assistance when we needed it.

This place is absolutely magical! The tiny house is perfectly designed and has just about everything you need to cook a great meal (just don’t forget to bring your own cooking oil!). The hot tub was such a treat—even in the summer heat, we jumped in around 7am and it was the perfect way to start the day. The location is amazing—right on the water, so you can relax and listen to the peaceful flow while watching birds swoop down for bugs. The fire pit was a favorite of ours, especially with the grill rack over it. We ended our trip with hotdogs over the fire—such a cozy and fun vibe. Maysville is just 4 minutes away across a super cool bridge, and it’s the cutest little town! Murals, antique shops, and Hippie Burger (which looks awesome and we can’t wait to try next time). Tons of history and charm everywhere you turn. There’s also a fun petting zoo/zoo about 45–60 minutes away—worth the drive if you're looking for a little adventure.

I stayed for about 1.5 months in early spring. The house is well equipped with all kitchen utensils and I would recommend it for a long stay. The surroundings were wonderful, quiet and with a large park. The ice cream from a nearby ice cream shop was delicious. The owner recommended some great places to eat and drink. I would stay here again if I have the chance to come back to Maysville.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was great — it’s in downtown Maysville but is on a street that doesn’t get very much traffic. Downtown Maysville is very beautiful, and the AirBnB is really close to the old hospital, which is cool if you’re into older/historic buildings. The place was very clean and also spacious enough that we didn’t feel cooped up. Parking is on the street, but we never had any issues finding a spot. Overall, we had a great stay and would book here again!

it is a very nice quiet retreat. it is very close to Maysville. if you were looking for a quiet getaway I would recommend it. it would be great for groups.

This was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed spending time as a family playing shuffleboard and pool, fishing, walking the golf cart paths, and sitting around a bonfire. The cabin had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our meals on the deck overlooking the meadow and pond.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Magical Escape for Our Girl Scout Troop! We stayed at Bantam Barn with a group of Girl Scouts and had an unforgettable experience! The property is one-of-a-kind — rustic, cozy, and full of charm, with thoughtful touches that made our stay both fun and comfortable. The girls had the time of their lives exploring the little pond with canoes, paddle boats, and paddle boards. The zip line that drops right into the water was a huge hit and made for nonstop giggles and splashes! When it rained, we had plenty of covered space for crafts, and the hot tub became the go-to spot between adventures. The barn was clean, well-stocked, and truly felt like a whimsical getaway. We ended the night with rainbow s’mores and woke up refreshed before heading off to the Newport Aquarium the next morning. Thank you for providing such a perfect spot for kids (and adults!) to disconnect from screens and reconnect with nature, laughter, and each other. We’ll definitely be back!

What a gorgeous piece of property! Quiet place to spend a relaxing weekend. Beautiful inside and out. The back deck and fire pit are perfect for your group to gather. House is well stocked and very comfortable. Jenny was easy to work with. Very kind and responsive. Will definitely stay here again.

The Nature Spa was great. The pool, hot tub and game room were huge hits with grandsons. The movie theater pit the icing on the cake. The master suit is awesome. Was very easy to find and has beautiful view of pond while sitting the deck while having coffee. Thank you again.

Just WOW!!!! Franks place was PERFECT for my husband and I. The place was SPOTLESS! Thank you so much for that! Robes and slippers for the hot tub! The hot tub was so great for relaxing. We sat for hours around the fire pit talking. Yes there was wood and fire starters. There is no wifi which was perfect for us! Also there was coffee supplied! Everything was thought of even a charcoal and gas grill. There is a Walmart 15 minutes away or the amish market down the road. Door dash did deliver from save a lot! During the day we cruised every back road down to the Ohio River. Beautiful countryside down through there. Frank thanks again for the amazing getaway!!! **This place was such and GEM, I booked an extra night!***

We loved staying here! Absolutley beautiful property. We had family of various ages coming from different directions and everyone found things they enjoyed doing here. Plenty of room to spread out, and great spots to gather all together. The pond is really nice and we enjoyed paddling around and watching the fish and the birds. It was really good for fishing, and we released all our catches so others can enjoy them as well. Great amenities! Loved the firepit, the hot tub, and all the outdoor games. The view from inside the house was great too! Enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, very nice shower, and comfortable beds and furniture. Great mix of activities and relaxation! Our host was so helpful - thanks for sharing this wonderful place!!!

We had a terrific weekend at Razor Farms. Daran was an extremely friendly host. The house was immaculate. Decor was great. It had everything you would need and more. He thought of everything! The land was beautiful. Fishing was great. We had a peaceful weekend and plan to return.
