Our stay at Lisa's place was very pleasant. Her home is very nice with a lovely view of the lake and plenty of space for large families (we were only four people but can easily accommodate a few more). The neighborhood does not have a lot of car traffic which is great for walking and jogging around the lake. And it is also relatively close to Falmouth downtown and convenient stores. Lisa was very easy to communicate with and is very courteous and friendly. She really seems to care about her guests' comfortability. It was a pleasure dealing with her. Thank you, Lisa!

We highly recommend anyone coming in out of town to stay at this cottage. It’s super cozy, private, and welcoming! It’s right by the water and it’s very quiet which we loved. In addition, there are also some great under-the-radar coffee shops close by. If we come back to MA, we will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Sweet, cozy house that’s perfect for 2-3 people. Very comfortable bathroom and kitchen, esp for a smaller house. Great outdoor space and loved the rope swing!

Our family celebrated my daughter’s BSU graduation here. We had a lovely time. The house was as described however, a few things stood out, dirty towels left behind from prior guest at the outdoor shower and walls were scuffed, but overall everything was very clean. Beach is very rocky so water shoes and sneakers is suggested. Views are spectacular and the deck is such a great place to relax or have some fun. Beds are also very comfy and the beach fire pit was a hit! Would recommend for sure. Thanks Susan.

One of the best getaways we've had so far. The location was nicely situated away from the crowds and the traffic. The neighborhood is very quiet. 2 rabbits reside somewhere on the property. They came to visit every morning and evening. We enjoyed feeding them strawberries. We used the bikes which were maintained very well. You may want to bring a car that can handle packing up the kayaks. Water access is not walkable. But, you can ride bikes to restaurants, shops, and market. We loved the space. Perfect size for a couple. The kitchen had everything we needed. We ordered groceries from Shaws. Saved a lot of money cooking and eating in most nights.

Beach Glass Cottage far exceeded our expectations. The setting is stunning… sitting on the deck ,listening to birdsong was a soul reset. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, clean and well appointed. We had the absolute best time staying at Serenity Cottage with our friends for a long weekend. Perfect for grilling, enjoying the outdoors, and idealistic coastal vibe everyone craves. Highly recommend taking the kayaks out as often as possible after sipping your morning coffee. Would recommend anyone stay here for a perfect getaway! The photos do not do it justice!

Fantastic is the most appropriate word to describe our stay at the cottage. The location is very convenient to everything but it's also in a peaceful, private, wooded setting. The cottage is very close to perfect with a very comfortable but classy feel. It had everything we needed, had a fireplace that got used every night and the only bed we used in the master was as comfortable as ours at home. You can get to everything on MV in about 30 minutes but that's going from one tip of the island all the way to the Cliffs at the other end of MV. Each of the three towns (Vineyard Haven, Oaks Bluff and Edgartown) is within 2-15 minutes at most so it's a GREAT location for getting to all the places you'll want to spend time. Each has what we found to be a different personality/things to do. Marilyn's communication was stellar and she was beyond accommodating. This is one of our top 3 trips in 30+ years. The cottage makes it ideal and MV does not disappoint! Cannot wait to return!

Anna’s place was exactly what we needed to have a peaceful and relaxing Memorial Day weekend stay. We knew the weather might be on the cooler side, so purposefully wanted to stay where there was the possibility of using the indoor pool – the sponsored guest passes were a huge benefit here, and Oceans Edge staff even went above and beyond, adding an extra day to our pool access since we were picking them up so late in the day. The condo was clean and filled with all the essentials, in a very quiet area of the property. Would definitely stay again!

Great location for a quiet, peaceful Cape Cod family getaway. Perfect space for group of 4, located on quiet corner of Chatham/cape cod. Very walkable to downtown and lighthouse beach (best beach in cape cod). Julia is a wonderful host, extremely responsive and her local recommendations for visitors were outstanding, especially for first time visitors to CC. Would recommend.

Loved our stay! The location was phenomenal and we were just a short walk away to the beach and all of the shops and restaurants on Main St.

I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Perfect for a good night’s sleep after spending the day out. I came to Dennis, MA to celebrate a friend’s birthday and used the space primarily for resting, and it was just what I needed. The heat worked well, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return if I’m in the area again.

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!

The Condo was clean & comfortable. Having two bedrooms with queen beds was perfect for us, and sharing the 1 bathroom worked fine. The price was better than most other options. It was peaceful, and very quiet during our stay (in early May). Having the pool available would be very nice in summer months.

Stayed for the weekend while here for a concert. The place was immaculate. Cozy and had everything necessary for a relaxing time. Close enough to Boston and the cape to explore both if time had permitted. Host was proactive and involved in making our stay excellent and they were quick with any questions we had. Would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home during our Cape Cod trip and family reunion (7 of us in total). This house is truly a gem—beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. The garden was a refreshing retreat, and we really enjoyed waking up and sipping our tea/coffee in the garden. The location is private and peaceful, yet just minutes from cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. There was also plenty of space for 2 cars to park, which made things easy for us. All the beds and bathrooms were very comfortable and well-maintained. In addition, Jessica and Russell were very friendly and communicative. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay—highly recommend!

This weekend was our second stay at Kimberly’s place. It’s great in all weather and has multiple spots to hang out outside. We spent morning on the front deck, had lunch on the back deck and watched the boats from the balcony in the afternoon. And it’s such a short walk to the beach we went multiple times throughout the day.

We loved our stay here. It worked well for two groups. The view was amazing and we had a fair amount of wildlife visit us. Very walkable down to cure coffee shops and restaurants and also right off the bike path. Devon was a fantastic host and very accommodating! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay here in New Seabury! The house is beautiful, spacious and just as described. The heated pool was an added bonus! Michael provided prompt and clear communication when needed. I would absolutely stay here again!

So incredibly thankful I found James’s place. I needed a break from family, and this was the perfect two day getaway. James was very accommodating, with just a few hours notice, and I really appreciate the proactive communication and squeaky clean home. Great for families and just a short drive from all the great things in Cape Cod. Highly recommend!

Absolutely beautiful home. Much bigger than the pictures make it look. The back yard was big and had everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. Fire pit, lots of seating and yard games. The front yard was full of birds and we seen rabbits in the back yard running around. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and more. The first floor bathroom has a jetted tub, makes for a nice relaxing bath after sightseeing. We will definitely stay again when we’re in cape cod. The only recommendation I would give is maybe adding more blankets or throw blankets. The beds are very comfortable but the blankets are quite thin. Highly recommend booking the house for your vacation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My friends and I loved our stay at the chateau! We attended a wedding at the inn and It was the perfect location, great proximity to the venue and so many things in the area. Anya was so wonderful to communicate with and made our stay such a breeze! The house is so beautiful, spacious and such a great space to gather im. We spent so much time on the deck and my dog loved the fenced in backyard! I can’t recommend this place enough
