Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Masfjorden Municipality

Paul and Yesenia’s place is a fantastic find and we enjoyed our stay immensely. The location is breathtaking and the home is luxurious and comfortable. It is a three story, beautiful home directly on the water with a wonderful kitchen (very well stocked!) spacious living room, four bedrooms, three clean bathrooms and laundry with kayaks and a boat on a beautiful inlet. The hosts are responsive and kind. We would be happy to stay there again.

We had a lovely stay in the cozy house of Liv-Anne. The house is spacious and cozy. The surroundings are beautiful for hikes and Bergen is easy to ride. But even if you don't want to do anything, the house is ideal for relaxing.

Katrine und Jesper created a very nice retreat in a great sunny spot directly on the waterfront of a calm bay with a lot of fish. The kitchen is well fittet out. The livingroom is cosy and has a nice fireplace. the house overall appears a bit larger on the pics as it accually is, but it is very spacious. Jesper is always answering friendly and reasonably quick via SMS to all questions. Overall we can highly reccomend this accommodation. We were there at the end of September beginning of October. That's why we would reccomend too talk to the hosts about the boat. right around that time the bigger boat is being slipped for winterbrake. That's why we were only able to use a small boat. With a length of 4,3 meter and a 10hp engine it is not suitable for longer distances. The Mercury Engine which we called Mercy, is a bit moody. After the second day we had to spend quite a few minutes in the mornings, to get her motivated. The house needs a bit of maintenance outside, but is great inside.

We stayed at Elisabeth’s house for the second time and really enjoyed our vacation! It is surrounded by beautiful nature which we explored by walks and hikes. The house is very spacious, has a beautiful view over the fjord and is nicely equipped with everything you need. We also rented the offered boat and went fishing in the very good fishing grounds nearby. The landlord Elisabeth is very hospitable and easy to reach if required speaking excellent English. We would highly recommend the house and will definitely come back soon!

We enjoyed our stay at Ingunn’s place. She met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was an easy walk into down. We even walked to the Bordalsgjelet gorge one day through the lovely park right by the water. Thank you, Ingunn, for a wonderful stay!

We appreciate all the details Julia put in to make her apartment so comfortable, like electric outlet adapter for foreigners, microwave oven, quality appliances. The bathroom is large with a good shower and a sitting bench. Dedicated parking near the front door. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Quick & easy communication. Good value. Highly recommend.

Great view, really high up and surreal to live there. The road lead it up to it is long but worth the drive. The place is amazing, lots of space, rooms and generally clean. Would recommend thoroughly.

Bard's place is an excellent choice for us. Good location and even a great idea driving around to neighboring places. Private, quiet place and clean. The sauna is my plus favorite. Bard has complete amenities in the apartment. I highly recommend.

Everything was just as described, everything went well! The drive up to the house is a little adventure (but absolutely manageable, even with big cars) and really beautiful!

We had a very nice stay at Hilde's house. The location right on the fjord is very nice. The house was absolutely big enough for us with 10 people. Everything was very clean and beautiful. The boat, which can be rented in addition, is simple but in very good condition and has a 20 hp motor. As an angler, I can say: The fjord is an absolutely excellent body of water for mackerel and saithe. Hilde also gave us great tips for excursions. Thank you!

Responds to message, gave great instructions, and helped us during our stay if there was anything. We stayed here for over 1 month while we cleared the coast of plastic and have rarely been so happy with a stay like this! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Very nice house in a good location (45 minutes from Bergen) ,very spacious and tastefully decorated, incredible views of the lakes from the living room and terrace. Very nice elevated terrace with jaccuzzi and veranda closed in case of bad weather. Very good communication with Kaj and Nathalie and very simple check-in procedure. Eten, a lovely little cat, very cuddly.
