Great time at a great place. Everything was fine and the contact with Inge seamless and perfect.

Had a wonderful holiday in this spacious and bright house with an absolutely breathtaking view. Coffee in the morning with this view… great! The house is located in quiet and private, on a very spacious plot. Due to the location, you definitely need the car to go to shops and restaurants, but we knew that and we enjoyed it. The airconditioners in the bedrooms work very well, wonderful in the warm and humid summer nights. The owners are very kind and quick to respond, check in supereasy.

We had a wonderful stay here. We were very impressed with the thoughtful design touches and the interior of the villa. We had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Pilar was really helpful and responsive as a host. We would love to return!

Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place to stay where we felt right at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. The amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also provided us with snacks and drinks upon arrival. We will be happy to come back.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

I booked this place for family members (5 adults) 1 of which has poor mobility and uses a wheelchair. This place was absolutely fantastic. From booking, Christelle was an excellent host, great communication and accommodated early check in. On arrival, the villa was immaculate. Poolside area just fantastic. Each bedroom was en suite and the room downstairs was great for accessibility. Stairs into pool were great and pool size excellent. Easy to book taxis, 15 minute journey into Benidorm levante area. We booked the local golf club for a meal which was around a 15 minute walk. Food was excellent and service was great, highly recommend. Would definitely return to this villa, had a lovely stay! We also ordered a food delivery from Mercadona which was a brilliant idea. All food delivered, no issues.

We loved our stay here! This place is decorated with lovely colors and artistic details and felt very cheery. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood. I never slept better anywhere, including my own house! We enjoyed sitting on the spacious patio during our tapas time and looking at the view. The host provided very quick response time and was very courteous and helpful. We definitely will stay here again the next time we visit Altea!

Beautiful little townhouse in the heart of Altea. The interior is beautiful and it feels very comfortable, almost like coming home.

We had a great time in Altea, Elena’s flat was cute, cozy and very well renovated with touches of the old casa de pueblo details. The location was fantastic, less then 5 minutes walk to the beach and boardwalk with great restaurants. And really close to the old town with a little bit of a climb up to the fantastic church with dome. Elena was really helpful with the recommendations for restaurants and sharing with us the free parking 300m from the house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Paula was such a wonderful host. She was super friendly and gave ALOT of suggestions. We only stayed for 2 nights, but packed in a good amount of Paula's suggestions :) The home was a perfect location! We would gladly come back!

The place was very nice, the house was fine, I just missed a bigger kitchen Ricardo was very kind and attentive to us at all times He gave us many recommendations for eating

It was fantastic in one word. Even more beautiful than in the photos and very clean! Stefanie responded immediately, she was very sweet and involved! Rental car is a must! We plan to come back here more often!

Beautiful view, ideal place for a quiet rest. Contact with the host is perfect. Simply the perfect place for a vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation, the house is ideal. Just like the pictures. This is the second time we've stayed at Jacqueline's house. The pool area and terrace is the best part of the house. Our dog enjoyed it like no one else. A car is needed to get around. The only downside is that the television was not in Spanish and there were no TV channels, only Netflix and other apps. We'll be back!!

Great villa in a peaceful location yet close to the beach, shops and a short drive away from Benidorm. The house was spotless, spacious and well equipped for families. Everything was as described. The outdoor space was a real highlight, the swimming pool was very clean and well maintained. We loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to any family looking for the perfect escape!

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

The house is very nice, definitely worth it! A car is definitely an advantage, as it is located on a mountain, but you have fantastic views! Hugues responds quickly and clearly to messages and questions, that was great. Thanks Hugues

The location is fantastic! Enjoying the first coffee in the morning with an unobstructed view of the sunrise over the sea is unbeatable. With a few steps you are in the sea, which is also wonderful. The only downside was that many others also wanted to enjoy this great and freely accessible location, and that also until late at night. Since we love to walk, we could walk to everything in Xabia from this house. For years, the Aqua on the beach has been our favorite restaurant, which is just 15 minutes away. The house itself is wonderfully traditional and thus stands in excellent contrast to the many apartments and houses on AirBnB that have been specially furnished for rent. However, the pictures are a bit older and in one place or another, repair work would be useful. But all in all, we had a wonderful time and would be happy to come back! Thank you Teresa for a wonderful few days.

Don't hesitate to book this amazing villa, you won't regret it! Perfect layout for our family (3 bedrooms downstairs, 2 upstairs, all ensuite) meaning ample space and privacy. The villa is incredibly well equipped and clean meaning we could just settle in straight away and begin our holiday! Lovely quiet area with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. Although we had a car which meant we could travel further afield and explore, it really isn't a necessity. The pool area is fabulous, with gorgeous seating areas to enjoy family meals. The pool is quite deep, even at the shallow end so be aware of this for kids (I couldn't really stand up to hold my little one although I am very short!) The host Maria was superb, very friendly and responsive. Everything was just lovely and we wouldn't hesitate to return to both the villa and Moraira.
