In the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the alley of old trees welcomes you in a bath of greenery. The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

Building in local stone, 2 bedrooms (note that access to the bedrooms is below and is via a small staircase with three steps) + sofa bed, recently renovated with a terrace, ideal for a family or 2 couples.

For children, our four Shetland ponies are ready for a little hug.
