Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Mārupe Municipality

We are three sisters visiting Latvia for the first time. We loved staying with Katrina, Anna and Matias (and their sweet puppy) in Jürmala! From before booking to the moment of departure, our hosts were responsive, helpful, and charming. The cottage is in a little garden w an apple tree, next to the beautiful main house, behind a gated fence on the main road. There’s a sweet table for outdoor dining. The address is easy to find, just outside the “downtown” part of town, so everything is accessible but it is quiet on the beach. Across the road is a little gourmet food stand for goodies and fruit. The gorgeous beach is a pretty ten minute walk away. The cottage has one really nice main bedroom, which also serves as a shared space (tv and little dining table), plus two small rooms. We loved the vibe and style, pretty but casual, with a real kitchen. One of us had a chest infection, and our hosts really stepped up so we got immediate, Impeccable, and inexpensive medical help.

Очень уютный домик. Есть все необходимое для проживания. Свой участок двора, что для нас очень важно, так как мы любим барбекю. Тихий район, рядом был хороший продуктовый магазинчик. До центральной улицы Юрмалы пешком 15 минут, к морю минут 20.

Agita was very welcoming, giving me some fruit and veg she'd just picked from her garden, and helped me out with the Jurmala fee - you need to pay to pass through Jurmala which will be an unexpected thing for most people. It was a stop-off point for me for a night, so I can't really say how it works if you're exploring Jurmala.

Cosy, clean, quiet place. There was everything for living. Very satisfied with our stay.

Wir waren zu zweit eine Woche in der Unterkunft und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist einfach und klein. Man läuft ca. 10 Minuten zum Strand. Es ist ein wundervoller, sehr sauberer Strand mit dem feinsten Sand, den ich je gesehen habe. Man läuft in 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof, von dort fährt zwei mal pro Stunde ein Zug nach Riga (ca. 30 Minuten Fahrzeit). Auf diese Weise kann man wunderbar die Vorteile einer Städtetour mit einem Strandurlaub verbinden. Und Riga ist eine der schönsten Städte, die ich je gesehen habe. Inese war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns perfekt unterstützt. Danke!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and we especially enjoyed being outside in the garden and going to beach. The train station nearby is very handy for trips to Riga.

Great space for a lovely time

House was perfect for us. Fence around The yard was great for a dog. Shared yard wasnt problem, yard is big and very beautiful. We used grill outside and had some cucumber from garden. Beach is near and extremly beautiful. Houst was really friendly and house as descripted. Love to come again.

Mums ļoti patika mūsu mini atvaļinājums – apartamenti atrodas skaistā vietā pie jūras. Ļoti kompakti, tīri, gaiši, ir viss nepieciešamais dzīvošanai. Jūra tikai 5 minūšu attālumā. Teritorija ir plaša, ir restorāns, SPA, bērnu laukumi. Saimnieks vienmēr bija sazvanāms, ļoti atsaucīgs. Noteikti atgriezīsimies vēlreiz. Ļoti labi, ka var uzturēties ar mājdzīvnieku – mums ir mazs sunītis.

Баня, бассейн, отличная территория, дружественные собаки , подружились с нашим псом. Близко море.

A great place to celebrate a birthday with friends, there are many entertainments for both children and adults on the territory. We will definitely keep in mind that not far from Riga there is such a cool location at a great price.

Great apartment

I certainly can recommend staying at Katrin's apartment! We spent a week there and everything was great. The apartment has everything you may need for a long-term stay plus it's clean and nicely decorated. Wifi speed is good and we didn't have any problem working from there. The location is quite nice too - the building is located in a nice, private neighborhood with tons of cute private houses around. There are some small grocery stores nearby and sea shore is 30 minute walk away but we rented Bolt scooters and with that it's just up to 10 minute ride away.

The appartement was great. It has everything you need. Martins was very friendly and easy to reach. The location is very good, because you can walk to the Old Town and there are restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

The cottage was lovely - all very clean and well equipped. The location was perfect: walkable distance from the train stop, and the grocery shops/the beach. Very peaceful and private location.

This place was fantastic for relaxing in a beautiful environment. Rita and Andis are wonderful hosts. The family enjoyed a sauna in a gorgeous location next to a pond for an additional 80E. It is a fire powered sauna that requires about 2 hours to heat up. We decided at the last moment and they graciously met our request. There is also a hot tub for 60E but we did not try this. We rented the whole place which worked great for our family of 8. Some rooms were a bit warm but cooled in the evening. We slept great to the sounds of frogs and birds. It is about 30 minutes away from Riga.

Было прям очень чисто! Мы много путешествуем, но редко прям так чисто! Посуду всегда перемываю, тут в первый раз не надо было! Очень ухоженная теплая квартира. Очень тихое место, море рядом, детская площадка во дворе. Дома много игрушек. Постельное не пахнет химическим порошком, что важно для детей. Очень удобные спальные места с матрасами Дормео . Был детский стульчик, кроватка. Мы просто в восторге. Хозяева очень доброжелательные и внимательные. Ещё раз однозначно бы вернулись.

нам дуже сподобалось гостювати в цій квартирі. усе було чисте, є абсолютно усі зручності, неймовірний тихий район. з балкону можна спостерігати як взлітають літаки.

The most beautiful cottage you have set your eyes on a darling lil wood burner in the bedroom kept us nice and warm when we needed the extra heat wood was provided and there was heaters there aswell, beautiful kitchen full with everything you need just bring your own food ofcourse plenty of ideas of what to do around the area as was provided with a map ect. Very kind and approaching hosts that helped with all that we needed. Thank you so much again for hosting us and hope to come back again 🙏 Very close to the beach aswell you can hear the waves from the home itself 🌼

Matkustettiin kaksi aikuista ja yksi lapsi. Lapsi majoittui lisävuoteella samassa tilassa vanhempien sängyn kanssa. Ulkoasultaan rakennus ei komeile, mutta sisältä puhdas, laadukkaat materiaalit, tehokas ilmastointi ja kaikki toimii. Sijainti erinomainen: Rauhallinen mutta silti kaikki ravintolat 30min kävelyn etäisyydellä, rantaan kävelee 10min. Myös juna -asemalle n. 5 minuuttia, jolla pääsee kahdella eurolla Riikaan. Vaikka asunto on siisti, se on aika minimalistinen eikä houkuttele hengailemaan. Toisaalta, meille sattui tosi hyvät kelit eikä sisällä oleminen pahemmin kiinnostanut. Television nettiyhteys riitti HD-videoiden striimaamiseen. TV-antennia ei oltu kytketty (emme jääneet kaipaamaan).
