It is about 64 square meters, has its own entrance with its own parking space. It is equipped with a new kitchen, a bedroom with a cozy 1.80 double bed, a living and dining room with TV, as well as a comfortable bathroom with a floor-level shower and toilet & a small terrace. It is located on the B41 and has a unique view of the Stiftskirche St. Johannisberg. The house has a spacious terrace that invites you to linger in fine weather.
