The 300 m2 main house consists of 1 large living room open to 1 terrace and 1 American kitchen, 4 air-conditioned bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 20 m away, the second 120 m2 villa consists of 1 LOFT consisting of 2 family bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 kitchenettes.
