House vacation rentals in Martinique

Excellent welcome. As soon as we arrived in Martinique at the end of the day, Hélène and Eric contacted us to tell us not to worry about the evening meal or breakfast that was waiting for us at the rental. So we were able to enjoy our place from the first minute onwards with our 2 daughters. For the rest of our stay, we were amazed every day at the setting we were in. Hélène and Eric are so discreet that we felt like we were alone! Thanks again to both of you for a wonderful stay. Cynthia, Loïc, Mia and Lola.

A stone's throw from Gros Raisin beach, Villa Côté Sud occupies a prime location ensuring easy access to the village of Sainte-Luce and other attractions in southern Martinique. Equipped with a beautiful, modern and well-maintained swimming pool, the property allowed us to find rest and relaxation. We thank Karine for her hospitality and dedication.

Perfect and particularly well-equipped house for up to 6 people. Quiet location with beautiful unobstructed views. Nice pool. Elise's welcome was pleasant, with a smile. Good tips about the local area. In short, a great stay!

All as described. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Due to a lack of French knowledge on our part, we had to work with the Google translator. The only drawback is due to the construction site on the neighboring property. This is, of course, not the fault of the host, but this has partially disturbed the tranquility.

Well located for visiting the island. Impeccably clean and very spacious for 2 people, we had a great time. The pool is very nice at the end of the day. We thank Jean-Jacques again for hosting us and for his kindness and for introducing us to the different stages of coconut! We'll be happy to go back 😊

We had a great time at Sandra and Marc's. The accommodation is amazing. Clean, very well equipped, quality bedding, air conditioning that works properly. The view is superb. Lush vegetation. The 2 terraces are very nice. good communication with Sandra and Marc we strongly recommend

We just returned from a great week in Martinique. Very good hosting by Jean-Paul. The house perfectly matches the description. There is no one opposite, the neighborhood is very quiet while being close to l'Anse à l'Anne with a good bakery, beach restaurants, a convenience store to help out. We discovered "Délys Kréyol" (open on weekends and holidays) in the bend under the house with, among other things, delicious take-away acras. The pool was very nice and especially the view of Fort de France lit up at night was a treat.

Very nice Airbnb, with a great view of the peeled mountain. Very well equipped and very clean. Marie Dominique is available and the first breakfast is very nice (especially the homemade little buns!). The cottage is very well located for visiting the north of the island but the travel time is still quite long given the profile of the roads.

We spent a few nights facing the Pelée Mountain in the Boutik and it was a great stay in every way. Sandrine's hosting made us feel very comfortable in this beautiful accommodation, located in a superb farm. She gave us some great tips and cooked us a delicious meal. Comfort is excellent with all the necessities available. The decor is lovely and gives a very pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend this accommodation to discover northern Martinique with authenticity.

We had a great time with the family (6 people) in Kristel's rental: the photos are completely in line with reality, the house is colorful, spacious, clean, functional and has many appreciable amenities. The pool and garden are certain assets: tranquility, not opposite. Its location allows (with a car of course) to radiate on the island. Kristel is nice and available. We strongly recommend for families but also with friends!

Beautiful large house with character, well located in Saint Pierre and a short walk to the beach. However, the street is busy.

We spent a week at the lower part of the house. The views are exceptional and truly more impressive than the photos even do justice to. We were lucky that there was no one renting the top of the house during our week, which gave us a very private and quiet setting. We adored the pool overlooking the ocean and mountainside. It’s very idyllic. Overall the space is exactly as described, with the majority of the living quarters being outside and the bedrooms and bathrooms being indoors. The kitchen is basic but has all of the necessities for a vacation. The bedrooms benefit from very strong A/C. Fred was always responsive and accommodating. A great host. We would definitely recommend this villa!

Excellent accommodation in a great location! Very very close to the beach! Not even a 2-minute walk away, you can see the beach at the entrance to the accommodation! Convenient and well-equipped! 5 min walk from the village of Sainte Luce! It even has a washing machine!2 masks and fins are available! It has in addition to a garden allowing us to enjoy quietly in the afternoon in the sun on the hammock or on the sunbeds out of sight! In addition, Chantal warmly welcomed us with an excellent country apricot jam! We can't wait to go back!

A very nice home, in a quiet area. The view is breathtaking, the pool is very nice and suitable for a family. Very well-equipped kitchen (this is noteworthy). Very clean accommodation and good bedding. Recommended!

Very nice house, very practical, in a quiet, gated and secure complex, where the noisiest thing is Maurice, the neighbor's ram!! Grocery store and bakery 2 min walk, cooked dishes if necessary, the neighborhood is very nice, 5 min from the saltworks. A bedroom on the ground floor, a beautiful pool to enjoy every evening after our beautiful day, great!!! Franck is very nice, friendly, super responsive if needed, while remaining very discreet. A home and a residence where it is very good to live, I will make my life there!!

Roger was a very welcoming and available host, with good tips on activities nearby. The house is very large for a couple, and nice! An extraordinary view of the volcano every day, and an exceptional sunset over the Caribbean Sea! Saint-Pierre is an authentic city with a well-stocked market even outside weekends. We'll be happy to come back, as it was a really peaceful and relaxing experience.

Ideal accommodation for a couple and 100% matches the photos and our expectations. In a very quiet residential area and ideally located a few minutes' drive from the center of St Luce. In short, perfect for exploring the south of Martinique (Diamant, Anse Arlet, Salines beach, etc.) and beyond (about 1 hour 45 minutes max to reach the north of the island). Reserved space in front of the accommodation for the car. Great small 100% private pool (punch bowl!) for the end of the day as well as the 2 terraces. Highly appreciated operational climate. Basically everything went very well. Welcome kit also very much appreciated and super well-equipped kitchen! In short, recommend it without a second thought. We would have stayed longer!!!

We were very very well hosted by Pascal upon arrival. He is very friendly and had very good tips. the listing is 100% as described. Very quiet with a great view. Everything we needed is available. The accommodation is clean and tidy. Close to the beaches of the carbet and points of interest in the north-east of the island. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Very nice accommodation at a height, ideal for visiting the north of the island where the jungle reigns as well as the Authentic Martinique! A real change of scenery. Spacious, ventilated, air-conditioned apartment. Wake up to the sounds of roosters, and fall asleep to the sounds of frogs. Very nice breakfast offered by the host as well as a punch! If you want to find the most varied food products, you may want to shop at supermarkets in the South or Fort de France (for Metropolitan areas)! Don't miss the walk along the Carbet beach to the Petit Bonum where Guy the boss will make you have a delicious time!! Anse Couleuvre - sublime as well. Be careful on rainy days and avoid waterfalls/hikes!!! In short, treat yourself.
