This is a fully furnished 3 bed, 1.5 bath double wide trailer located at the point in Martinez. **Holiday rates are posted for the week of Memorial, 4th of July, and Labor Day. The holiday weekends have a 3 night minimum which includes Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Please reach out for weekday rates.** Our family has animal allergies so we have no pets policy due to this being our 2nd home, thank you for understanding.

me and my husband enjoyed our stay very peaceful and quiet, but too far for us we like to be in town. other than the far location the place was perfect for a few days get away from home. I was impressed they had cup of noodles (ramen) and eggs in there fridge, even condiments and spices. those things are needed in Airbnb.

The place was a comfortable one bedroom with full kitchen. We had a dog with us so the fenced yard was appreciated, as well as the open area for walks two blocks away. There was also plenty of space for our camper inside the front yard area.

Overall great experience! Danielle’s house was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities you need were available. The neighborhood was quiet. Location was close enough to restaurants and shopping. The snacks and water were much appreciated. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay again…
