Located 12 minutes from TX State Tubes, 13 miles north of San Marcos Outlet stores & 25 miles north of Comal/Guadalupe River tubing & Schlitterbahn water park. Equipped with household essentials except an iron due to previous burned carpet damage. Two bedroom with queen beds, suitable for 4 adults, and two vehicles. This is a great alternative to staying in hotel. For less money you can have an entire house to yourself!
